It was little bit problematic while putting it together.
Two pieces were overlapping so it was hard to screw it and be sure that it will be stable.

Professional afford to find what you need!
Distribution of goods was a little bit odd at first; in two ways, but after getting all informations in there afford to bring goods from different storage facilities (last parts), I was very satisfied to get it, no matter delivery was on different days.

I was very disappointed with the product, but what is actually good is the customer service and the return process. I'm still waiting for a refund. What I could possibly object to is why they ask for feedback or a review before refunding the money

Delivery on point. Issues wrong bill and to correct it you will have a rough time with poor customer service, probably automated with bots, asking you the same info over and over. If it is something small, probably good store. But you need some quantities or have a deadline with your project, probably best to avoid. If something go wrong, don't expect it to be resolved soon.

Very good experience
Very good experience. I ordered a table that came damaged and after I made my complaint they offered me money back because that table was the last one and couldn't be replaced. My return was free of charge and I received money very quickly. I ordered another one, very similar, and that one came in perfect condition. I also purchased chairs. Every order that I made was delivered within 5 working days. I love it.
