A new company with good old fashioned values
There was a mistake with my order via Amazon which led to my initial disappointment. However, a senior member of Vida spotted it and personally ensured that it was completely resolved.
I really appreciated the direct contact.
Vida may be a new company in the UK but they have a refreshingly old fashioned attitude to customer service and I fully recommend them.

Amazing variety for yourself and for gifting - great customer service!
Really great variety and range of products, you can buy things for yourself as well as thoughtful gifts all from the same site - and everything at good value too. One of the bottles arrived broken and within 1hr of emailing Vida about it they'd sorted a replacement to arrive the next day. Really impressed.
