Just had a telephone conversation with a guy called Luke. His customer service skills was exemplary. He was able to answer all my queries in a polite clear manner.

I spoke with Holly in sales, she was very polite and informative, answering any queries I had. She came across very friendly yet professional also.

I stayed in one of the lodges with my partner and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The lodge was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

It genuinely exceeded our expectations and has even got me looking into purchasing one myself.

Couldn’t recommend Victory products more. 10/10.

We have had problems with our static from new victory always a long time replying our site manager has put in the same warranty request twice and never had a reply first request was 2 months ago.Had water get into electric last October still not fixed.

Problems have been restored, thank you to Keith and Andy at Victory for coming out on this hot day to fix the issues my mother has been having.
Really appreciate it.

Bought our Victory Holiday Home (HH) in 2022 having researched dozens of makes and models. We found the Victory to be a modern, well specified HH that suited our needs perfectly. We have lived with our HH for nearly 4yrs and it has been everything we hoped for.
The HH comes with a 1yr warranty but Victory have ignored this during recent months to support the few niggles we have had.
So far we have needed the guttering refitting on both sides of the HH but at different times. Victory came out and completed these repairs without question. Today I needed to ask their advice on a borken door catch but instead they just asked for my postal address and said they would send me a replacement next week - Fab!
I would like to mention Jo from their customer service side as she was responsible for the most recent guttering repair and for the replacement door catch.
As for our HH, we couldn't be more pleased! It feels more like an apartment than a HH and has everything needed for modern-day living.
Buying a HH can be an expensive proposition and it is important that the after-sales service is up to it, I'm gald to say with Victory you can't go wrong!

I recently purchased a Victory lodge and initially experienced a number of issues. While the lodge had been on-site for some time before sale, some of these were build-related, so it was important to me that they were properly addressed.
After raising my concerns, Keith took full ownership of the situation. He travelled from Hull to Cornwall and carried out a full, thorough walkthrough of the lodge, resolving issues in one go rather than over multiple visits. His communication throughout was clear, consistent, and very reassuring.
Keith was supported on-site by Andy, who worked alongside him to complete the work to a high standard.
What really stood out was Keith’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved, which made a huge difference.
Buying a lodge is a significant investment, and while the initial problems were frustrating, the way they were handled has left me feeling confident and able to fully enjoy my lodge.
Thank you to Keith and Andy, they are a real credit to Victory.
