Bought a new Victory Harraway this year & there were a few small problems.
Juris & Paul called this morning, nothing was too much trouble for them, pure gentlemen & cleaned up the mess when they finished.
Absolutely delighted with the service 😊

Has some problems with a door and some drawers, Ben from Victory turned up and had it sorted in minutes.

Recently purchased lodge with a few defects that should have been picked up in Pre delivery inspections or commissioning. (Hence the 4 stars). That said the repair service we received from repair guy Paul yesterday was excellent. Friendly, professional and competent. Nothing too much trouble and gave excellent support and advice. Repairs were completed to a high standard.

We had some jobs in our lodge that needed fixed. Keith come out listened and made a list of our jobs to get completed. Andy is the man. Very competent with all tasks/jobs. We Wish all tradesmen were as competent and as trustworthy as Andy. Highly recommended

She really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with patience and professionalism.
