Appalling customer service, especially considering its a small business. Avoid.

AVOID SELLER LIES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.
Placed an order on the 3rd of August of nearly £65 this was my second order with this company. I understand items are made to order but two weeks later no order. Emailed seller and was told items were shipping out that day, I specifically asked for a refund as items hadn't been sent, seller ignored that request and still didn't send items until 3 days later. Items arrived one necklace complete unusable. Emailed seller again and zero response ended up claiming through PayPal. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. Ordered 3 things for £70 10 days ago for my girlfriends birthday as we are going away to wales, obviously I ordered early so it would be here by then. To my Horror, nothing has even been dispatched. I have emailed 3 times and on Instagram and had 0 communication. Will never use this company ever again. Kill star and disturbia is much better

Every single piece of jewellery we sell is directly from us, we have either had it made or made it by hand in our studio.
We have been copied and ripped off more times than I can count unfortunately! It seems to be part and parcel of being a small business these days, and we are not the only business it happens to unfortunately.
I hope this clarifies things for you, we do post some behind the scenes content on social media from time to time where you can see members of the team hand making items.

We make every single garment to order in our UK studio, they are printed or embroidered by a member of our team and packaged/shipped by hand from the same studio!
Every single garment we use is from a UK supplier as we do not manufacture the blank garments ourselves. They source their garments from various different locations, one being Bangladesh.
I hope this clears up any confusion caused here, and reassures you that your piece was made with love and care by our small team.

A General Disappointment
Ordered two septum rings and a chain, asked specifically for 14G and 19 inches respectively, ended up with septum rings of 18G and a chain no more than 10 inches.
Seemingly no care for detail regarding sizing while fronting as a personal shop for real punks.
