No order

I ordered on the 5th of June and my order still hadn’t been dispatched. I’ve sent an email and even a message on instagram but I’ve heard nothing about my order. I ordered before and I’ve soon had the items dispatched but this time nothing. Dunno what’s gone on, I’m hoping I get my order or if not my money back. Be very careful as you never hear from customer service.

missing item, ignored on instagram

Ordered on April 3rd, my items arrived April 8th, everything arrived apart from an engraved ring I got for my partner. Emailed the creator on Instagram explaining this, and was assured they’d have it sent out to me, was told on April 19th that due to being away from office, they couldn’t provide me with a tracking number until the following Tuesday. they never got back to me, they never replied and I never got the ring I paid for. I’ve send four messages now asking where it is, any information at all, and I have been completely ignored. it’s upsetting because I really like this company and I love their jewellery but i'm apprehensive about buying from them now due to this, what if this happens again and not only I don’t get my item or a refund I don’t even get a reply. it’s truly upsetting and I feel like i've been taken for a fool, so I’m sorry but I’d be wary ordering from these guys.

Lovely jewellery, lovely people xo

Took around 2ish weeks to get my items, a *tad* longer than I expected but I assume it's because of the influx of orders just recently. Totally understand that small businesses can get overwhelmed easily! Georgie was absolutely lovely and got back to my email just after my order arrived to make sure I was satisfied with everything (I got impatient and emailed because I was so excited about my new septum ring teehee) and I'm absolutely loving the things I got!

Highly recommend

Wide selection of products and great quality. Ordered from them several times, always get compliments on the jewellery. Really prompt delivery aswell. 10/10 would recommend- and do!

Avoid

Avoid. Ordered 1st March, and never received a tracking. Now the 16th March and still have neither. Got my money back from PayPal, and I advise you do the same if you've ordered from then.

Brilliant Small Business

The jewellery is great quality and looks amazing. Had a slight issue but was resolved super quickly with no fuss. Vicious Punx is a brilliant small business to support with great style options!

It's like the customer service doesn't exist.

No customer service when emailed multiple times, no reply what so ever after nearly a month.
I ordered 3 items and received 2 of the items and when asked if the 3rd item had maybe have been sent separately or if it has went out of stock, I asked via email and hadn't had a reply for a good few days. So I emailed again. Never heard anything back to this day and I lost out on £12.99 necklace. I didn't express any anger or rudeness, I simply just still wanted my necklace and actually still do but if I could, I would file for a refund but either way I haven't heard from them nor received my item I never gotten. Unfortunate as I loved this small business but the complete ignore upon contacting customer services has completely ruined my trust in shopping with them again. (this is a secondary email address).

Avoid this site as best you can

My wife ordered me a gift from here and she got scammed, a heartshaped padlock and a chain that costs 17quid, the chain looks like it was bought from a hardware store and the lock made from a sweatshop ran by abducted children, the funny part is on the chain looks like someone tried to cut it with chain cutters even though it didn't need to be cut so now I've gotten 2 lengths of chain and a working padlock

a bad review

I ordered a few times. My piercing is a three man job to put on and it took over 40 mins only to fall out afther 2 mins.
Sometines what i ordered didn’t even arive, yes i did get the refund but I wanted to have the product not the few euros it cost.

Disappointed

Ordered 2 black hoodies with white stitched moth on them for me and my boyfriend.

Received my order but 1st hoodie was misaligned. Emailed customer service and spoke to ivy over email, little to no responses. Eventually ivy organised a return so I sent the parcel but still haven’t received my exchange and it’s been 2 months now.

The second hoodie which was for my boyfriend for Christmas was also misaligned. Emailed customer service again and didn’t get a reply.

Beginning of January I emailed again, no reply to the date of 29/01/25.

For a small business you’d think they’d take the time and care to get back to people who support them. I will be contacting my bank and claim as fraud. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Unacceptable.
