Svindler tactics - Avoid
Another sneaky cheating company who mislead you into applying for credit so you can use certain companies like Elgiganten, who they have zero agreement with. Instead you are told you can upgrade and pay more money per month for the Visa to pay on these sites.
And then would you believe it, the 'Delete Account' button does not work in their app either.
Scum bags, nothing more to be said.

I successfully deleted my account last…
I successfully deleted my account last 13/2 with no outstanding balance and a 4000 danish kroner back in viabill account. Now they are asking me to pay 29kr and now I can open my viabill acoount and can see that the 4000 danish kroner is now only 3971kr. I am now questioning if how many times are they doing these through out the period I am paying? It is like a hidden amount that suddenly appear. I paid everything in full and deleted my account and i have screenshot of that transaction that i dont have any balance to pay!

ViaBill to the rescue as I say to my wife all the time. Then I remembered I had some money on my ViaBill card which came in very handy. In fact , I’m cancelling all my credit cards and deal with just ViaBill now. Kudos to you guys

Password change cost me 1200dkk
Hi,
I Need to log into your website, so I can update my bank account, but I cannot, because I do not remember my password. I have been trying to change my password for your website for a long time now, but I cannot. I do not recieve an email with instructions to change my password.
Every 10 days, I get 100dkk top up for my payment.
I have written to you on your support email and I never recieved a replay, but kept on having automatic emails with 100dkk on top of my current payment.
All of a sudden someone found me and my payments were rescheduled, but every time with a Rykke of 100dkk and some kind of a saldo of 1200+
It is not my fault that your website is not working properly and I do not recieve a link to change my password, so i don't think I need to be paying the extra 100(whitch is actually 300)
I still cannot log into my account, are you
going to replay this time, or I am just going to be paying extra money for nothing until I die?

We are sorry you are having issues with resetting your password, but of course in no way shape or form have it cost you 1.200kr as you say it has.
We are replying to every email coming through our system,
why we dont receive your email is something we would like to investigate.

Worst experience with an online back so…
Worst experience with an online back so far. They will not proceed with your payments and keep adding reminding fees. When you have 2-3 reminding fees a payment will be made. Even though I left an email for them twice- each in each months, they keep saying they haven’t receive my email even though I sent proof.
Don’t buy with them. You ll end up paying for your product even more :(

We of course want to investigate as to why we don't receive emails from your email address, and find a solution for this.
But we can see back in April, we did in fact
remove 2 reminder fees from your due amount and found another solution for you to pay your due amount.
