Lost return and won't refund
Bought some mule type shoes from them in September, when they arrived they were too small, sent back using the enclosed returns label via Royal Mail tracked delivery, V.GAN are saying they never received them and Royal Mail are saying they delivered them. Neither will take responsibility or give me my money back so I am down £50 plus the cost of the tracked return! I have to say I'm not impressed and won't be buying from them again

Good quality
Good quality, lets see how long they last. The previous pair was flimsy, soles broke within a few months of use. I returned them and received a refund, which I feel was fair.
