We are sick of phoning daily, you need to send someone out to sort it. We have 26 people who have commented on the brynteg owners page (private) stating the WiFi is diabolical. One owner said someone came out and said that the problem is that the is not enough masts.
You have been working on site to put fibre optic from the office to the club house to give them a better service but what about us owners who pay obscene amounts of site fees, that we can't even watch a program with out it buffering constantly. SORT THE ISSUE please

Took a contract out in February just had a refund May the site I’m on Northern farm does not have any signal whatsoever when you pay for it. They never sent a contractor out or engineer to fix the problems waste of time and effort and causing stress.

The overall process from start to setup was 1st class. On the service desk, it’s encouraging to speak to people who understand and know their product offerings. I’d like to please track down the lads that did the actual connection. My son was here on the day and didn’t get their names. Please if you could track who did that job. They were friendly, professional and again guided us through the process. Well done and thank you Vfast

I am listed as vulnerable so when I lost Internet connection, it took 3 days for vfast to contact me. The Internet is my lifeline and is essential as I live alone.
However, when the engineer came out, he was professional and helpful, which is a positive.

Whenever the site is busy, your WiFi becomes almost unusable. Signal needs improving to handle the amount of users.

If there is an issue with the WiFi, the team at V Fast are always quick to respond. The connection is good , I work from home , definitely good enough for this can be a little glitchy at times but as I said , quick to respond. I would recommend

When we experienced minor hiccups in service, via a phone call you were able to guide us through how to correct the problem that was at our end, not the signal coming in.
The help has been very prompt the couple of times needed.
