Same as others - total scam. Bought the bully sticks through Groupon several months ago and never received my order. Multiple attempts to contact them -they only provide an email= and no response.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I bought my Groupon and placed my order with Vetsapproved in January. Here it is May and I have yet to receive merchandise. I have contacted the support@vetsapproved a dozen times with absolutely no response. Groupon is useless in trying to help. SHAME ON GROUPON FOR ALLOWING SCAMS ON THEIR SITE.

Total SCAM! I ordered 6 groupons but only submitted 3 on February 2, 2024 to vetsapproved when I realized the initial wait was 5 weeks. Today is April 26 and still nothing despite contacting them multiple times. I'm highly upset! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Like the other reviews, I bought the bully sticks through Groupon and followed the instructions to get my order shipped, pd $10.99 for shipping and waited 2 weeks, and emailed them a status request, no answer, so after 3 email requests for an update, here I am. I found this site and realize they are a SCAM, so I'll contact Groupon to see if they will help out...BEWARE of Vets Approved!!

I paid for the Groupon for this “company” and placed an order on 3/4/24. After repeated emails with no reply I logged on to Groupon and after a few tries, was able to get to chat with an agent. The agent canceled my order and processed a refund for the Groupon. I now have to contact my bank to get a refund for the fraudulent charges “VetsApproved” made to my account.

I have tried to contact someone about shipping the 3 packs of bully sticks together instead of paying $9.99 for each individually. Paying $30 for shipping is outrageous! No one has contacted me. I only received an automated response saying how long it would take to ship. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

After several attempts to contact VetsApproved I stumbled on to this site. Very disappointed that trustpilot found this as a scam. I along with other Groupon customers are out $30 a pop. (me $60 as I purchased two orders) I am at this point going to contact Groupon and see if they will satisfy my account! Fingers crossed. Vetsapproved also sent me an email for two $30 Amazon cards after I received my order and reviewed their product. Stringing me along so I waited six weeks for the Bully sticks. Hence that gave them time to withdraw my money. SCAMMERS!!!!
Groupon is very hard to contact as they do not have a contact email to get refunded. I am very determined to get to the bottom of this scam company. Groupon...if you read this please take them off your site!!!!!

Scam. Company does not exist. No such entity exists at the address provided on their website. No corporate filings could be located. Thankfully Groupon was willing to refund, and I was able to charge back the shipping charges paid directly to the vendor. Groupon needs to do a better job vetting its vendors. They are also sending angry customers to write negative reviews on the Trustpilot page of a similarly named business. Shameful.
