If I could go negative on stars I would...

Very poor customer service, "custom comes first phrase" doesn't have a meaning for them. I have ordered several pieces of a product, only 1 was delivered, I purchased it somewhere else in the meantime as what they sent wasn't adequate for what I needed to cover, went and request a refund and the so called "customer advisers" start asking me personal questions instead of arranging a recollection for me and sending me my money back.

Avoid at all costs, completely appalling and I would surely not buy from them in the future and clearly won't recommend them.

Great value composite decking. Extra long 4.8m lengths look amazing for big jobs. Prompt delivery would highly recommended. Thanks

I purchased my grass here and the delivery was super quick, when asking for advice before ordering, staff were really polite and helpful, I would definitely purchase from here again.

This is a scam . On the telephone number nobody answer . DO NOT BUY ! Scam !!

Don't be put off by the different names that appear from this company. They use different trading names. Order was delivered within the 3-5 days stated. I needed it earlier and after a couple of phone calls it was sorted. Grass 25mm does the job perfectly and looks great. Thanks Chris for sorting it out.

Ordered samples from Tuda Grass, got samples next day, bought grass that day (Saturday). Chris called to say they were out of the grass ordered but offered replacement and advice. Agreed and was delivered to my house from Manchester to Scotland at 9am Monday morning. Fitted it over next two days and looks amazing. Great quality and advice was good.
Delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful either. I’ve a long drive and he helped me take it to the house the gave advice on setting it out to make it easier for me to move into final position even though I could see he had a load of drops on the back. Brilliant delivery service. Driver was a credit to the company.

Excellent from start to finish. Samples arrived quickly. All questions answered quickly. Order placed for the 5m cadiz on the Saturday and it arrived on the Monday...now that's service. Quality is exactly as per sample. Easy to install and looks great. Would definitely recommend the cadiz.

When I finally received the cadiz 4x5mtr roll it looks good.

But after several phone calls and false promises it arrived a week late.

They need to improve there delivery service.

Underlay arrived over a week late because the first order didn't turn up after it said delivered but they sorted it in the end.

Tuda Grass have been nothing short of brilliant in every respect. The staff are all polite, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Samples ordered arrived very well packaged within a couple of days with accompanying literature and information.

We decided to go with them because one of their grasses "ibiza" looked very realistic, it appeared to be very good quality and at a price that was easily within budget. For the quality, it seemed a great deal.

We ordered needing delivery on a specific day which wasn't a problem as they deliver via their own vehicles from a huge stock holding.

During fitting however, we discovered that there was a big problem! It caused us to panic, as most companies these days tend to do whatever they can to wriggle out of accepting responsibility. Not Tuda grass though! They took ownership of the problem and rectified it pretty much straight away to our complete satisfaction. No arguments, no quibling and doing what they could to cause the least disruption possible for us.

I can honestly say i was staggered with just how honest, helpful and accommodating they were and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Quality products at great prices from a supplier with outstanding service, they really tick every single box.

Brilliant overall transaction. Emailed for samples, arrived in two days. Liked one but a bit over my budget. Another email and, Hey Presto, discount offered to bring within budget. Order submitted for 21 x 2 metres on Thursday, turf arrived Monday morning. Driver very obliging, put the very heavy roll exactly where I asked. Unrolled to cut to size and turf is consistent in quality and colour throughout and as exactly as per the sample. Great, quick responses to my emails. Couldn't be happier. Great 5* transaction!!

Very helpful with advice before purchase. We ordered Pro Play Shockpad and grass along with a few sundries. These arrived within 48 hours and were delivered by a very friendly man with his van. The grass is laid and looks perfect. Very happy with our purchase and the professional way our needs were cared for. Well done Tuda Grass Direct!

Had a problem with original order but Maisie, in sales, had it sorted within an hour and arranged for a replacement to be delivered. Second order was perfect. Amazing customer service (Maisie is Miss Customer Service), and grass looks superb. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. 5 stars.
