Great service from Kelly Hough explaining everything clearly

Laura was extremely helpful and called me when it was convenient for me, explained everything so I knew exactly what I was getting and was very patient with me.

I dealt with a lady called Helen Brierley who I cannot recommend enough. She was absolutely outstanding throughout the 3 months it took for me to be able to commit to any insurance due to my own personal circumstances. Customer service was spot on!
Long story short, I was diagnosed with a heart problem during the process. Helen did not pressure me at any point; she was considerate of my changing circumstances and researched what would be the best policy for me, especially considering I had a preexisting health problem
She was transparent throughout the whole process and we went through the different financial packages to ensure I could afford any policy i was taking on.
The way I see it is, if Helen works for Hug-life and they employ someone of her calibre, then they must be brilliant!

William R. worked really hard to try and find me and my husband the best policies out there for our insurances. He was professional, upbeat, knowlegable and an absolute delight to talk too. He definetly is a great asset for your team and I thank him for the time he invested with us.

Reviewed my current policies with William Redgrave who was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He managed to get me improved protection policies at a reduced monthly price to what I was currently paying, saving me near £300 a year.
