I brought my hose and gun with 5 different sprays from B & Q thinking it was a quality product. BIG MISTAKE although it appears well made the connection fittings fail as soon as the water is turned on. You may pay more but at least Hozelock products work.

After reading reviews i did think i may have got a dud, but after having my light for about 6 months now, it works like a treat. Don't need another one but if i did i guess i would order again

The worst company I've ever had dealings with... DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS FROM THEM!
They sent me a faulty light which I am still waiting for a refund for - it's been almost a year and a half!! They do not return my emails.
I had an electrician look at the light and he said it was DANGEROUS, DO NOT USE

Covid or no Covid there is no excuse for such terrible service.

Do not under any circumstances place an order with this company. It is a scam and you will not get your goods delivered or your money back. They should be prevented from trading as they are taking customers money and making false promises to deliver. Do not fall into the trap.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

I was expecting delivery of a neon sign in October 2020 -- it is now May 2021. I have sent COUNTLESS emails to this company gone through the ringer with FEDEX and their so called "customer service". This company is an absolute SCAM. I was promised a refund 3 times now!! And nothing. I have no respect for this company.

I will NEVER recommend anyone to this company!

Do not order from this website. Only contact has been to say dye is out. 4 months and I’ve not received my order but they have £200 of my money!

Order placed Jan 31 2021....approaching mid April 2021 now - no item shipped/received.

The reasons are:
-courier has it....waiting for it to get to the front of the line to be shipped out

then

-changes in company/management

No response to further inquiries/refund request.

Over a month later I still HAVEN'T received it only to be told they are trying to move and improve the business. The only improvement is an automated response from emails I've sent. Come on verve shitehouse sought your act out

!!BEWARE!! VERVE HOUSE ARE SCAMMERS After waiting over 2 months (for my order of over £200) I have still not received a single update. I have emailed several times and had no reply. They post regularly on Instagram, so I know they are still active. Avoid at all costs. I don’t think I am ever getting my money back, nor the sign I ordered.

I would not even given this company 1 star. Nearly 8 weeks later and paid over £200 and have not heard anything. Shocking service. ABSOLUTELY disgusted how they can treat a customer like this.

I ordered a custom sign for my Husband's 30th birthday and the website stated it would arrive by 22.02.21 if I ordered before 10pm. Apart from an email confirmation of the order, I didn't hear a peep from the company until I chased them for an update on the order. I got the same stock response they copy and paste to everyone, about colours being out of stock. I requested a refund so I would have time to buy another present for the big day, and they said this would be processed. That was their last communication with me, they are now ignoring my emails.

If you're reading this @VerveHouse I'm still waiting on the refund that you said would take 5-7 days to process (on 22nd February). Order Number 1626. Please just get back to me. That money is a big amount for me, the present was for my husband's 30th birthday, and I'd saved for months to afford it. It will take a long time to save up the money to buy him something else. Your scamming effects peoples lives, it's cruel. I was heartbroken when I had to tell my husband what had happened to his big birthday surprise. It's been a really tough year for some people - to rob people of their money is atrocious.

Ordered a sign the end of January. Was meant to come for my birthday 22nd Feb. Past 22nd Feb and no item received, when chased we were advised that it is in a queue with Fed Ex. We received nothing from FedEx and were then told that they didn't have the colour to make the sign and they would fast track it.

Still nothing and now the company are not responding to emails. Very disappointing trust pilot allowed the fake reviews as before purchasing I went on here and it said they were alright, now the fake reviews have been removed it's clear to see they're an awful company.

I've asked for photographic evidence of the completed sign by Friday and if not received going to request a refund. If not refunded will do a chargeback from the bank.

Was advised the company was changing hands and the reason for the issue, still no sign but managed to get the money back through chargeback through my bank

I ordered a sign for my grandson for Christmas at the beginning of December. £130 paid. It never arrived - I have received three emails PROMISING that it will be fast tracked, big apologies. I have asked for a refund, they promised a refund. Never received. They are full of fine words but I have received nothing from them. It is now March, still nothing. This company is a SCAM. Do not order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Our sign came broken in half and they promised to replace it but never did. A complete waste of over $200. We have been communicating since September when I received my broken sign and they have not responded in a week. I am extremely frustrated with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism. This is a complete rip off and embarrassing for your business.

Verve House created a bespoke Neon Sign from the handwriting of my wife - as a Christmas gift for her from our daughter. The service was quick and accommodating, while the finished product was of a high quality. We're very happy! Thank you, Verve House!
