Excellent customer service throughout my return and replacement for a faulty item.
The customer service was really excellent.
They fully replaced my sensilift when it stopped emitting heat within the warranty and covered the cost of shipping to Republic of Ireland as a goodwill gesture. I found them very nice to communicate with and helpful all the way through.

My IPL never got such good care! I was moving apartment and lost the charger :( so after 3 emails total the UK team was able to send me an adapter all the way to US. They were super fast in replying!!! I had my issue solved quicker than expected and the shipping was like less than 1 week

I wanted to purchase an RF body firming device and concluded Sensifirm fits to my desired specifications. I have searced high and low but the device was out of stock everywhere which would send it to my location. I have even tried to get it on my holiday yet then the supplier wouldn't send it to a hotel :( I wrote Sensica support for assistance without much hope yet they agreed to send the device to me and offered me even a discount. I am very happy with their speedy replies and their follow up. I am very much looking forward to my Sensifirm's arrival!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered their hair laser device and I had a horrible experience. First of all I never used the product at all because as soon as I opened the box it showed 5 color dots and said if your skin color is not one of these first 2 dots -- ALL WHITE like legitimately super pale -- then this product will not work on you. So I reached out to the company to get a refund and they refused to send me a return label. So I had to PAY to send it back to them in order to get my refund. Which.. of course... I am not likely to get because that's what shady companies with shady business practices do. Went to the website to see if I missed something in my reading... absolutely NO MENTION of the fact this this product only works on incredibly fair skinned white people. How tf could you leave that out? And then not facilitate easy returns for your customer? I was completely swindled by this company. Never again.

Sensica have been amazing. I had an issue with a seller of where I bought my product from and Sensica have sorted everything out for me as I was having trouble with the seller, in lightning quick time too!
I have been using Sensilift for 6 years and it is amazing. I am now on my second Sensilift and it stopped working. The team at Sensica were very responsive and solved the issue really quickly. Excellent customer service and aftercare

Compering to other brands this is defiantly the rolls royce of hair removal devices, using for the past few months. less and less every month, good results.
My unit developed a fault and was 15 months old, contacted the company, had a prompt response which asked for proof of purchase and from where, also a short video showing what was wrong. I again had a prompt response asking me to return it they send prepaid label, and within days I had a new machine. I had read bad reviews with problems, but can only say I had great service and can’t thank the support team enough for the prompt help. Wendy Lind

So far I find the device efficient, can see the results right away. I know I need to be persistent in my treatments, so the initial effect won’t go away. Massage feature is very pleasant, as well.

The heat and massage switch suddenly stopped working after approximately 10 uses. I contacted Sensica customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. This was bought for me as a gift and I did not have the receipt so although it was still under warranty they declined to help even though I supplied the serial number and the item was clearly faulty.
I would not recommend spending money on this device or this company.

I am giving 1 Star because I can't give zero or negative score. Bought an expensive Sensilight pro and after 1 year it stopped working. After a few not so helpful emails, they refused to fix or replace it, although it has 2 years warranty. Do Not buy from this company. If you have a problem with their expensive products, and You will, nothing will be done to fix it or replace it. Their customer service and support team are useless, rude and You will lose your money. Avoid this rip off. They are thieves.
Not an honest company. PLEASE AVOID SENSICA.COM and all their produtcs.

Ive had a very bad experience with Sensica regarding the sensilift . I purchased this facial tool for £275 and tried it a couple of times . It didn't really work properly and noticed the adapter plus was split . I got in touch with their customer services and spoke to a very reluctant to help operator. She would not help me to get a replacement plug or exchange it just kept repeating that she would not help me and was rude and disrespectful to me and made me so upset and distressed and couldn't believe how she was speaking to me. She was so rude and would not replace or just send me an adapter plug. I can't use this item having spent our hard earned money and are senior citizens.
I would not recommend anyone to go through the distress and anxiety Ive suffered and money Ive lost for something useless. They are a very bad company do not buy from them. I feel like taking them to court. I couldn't even speak to a manager or Director as she refused to put me through. I was left in tears. Why are there such nasty unhelpful unkind unsympathetic working in customer service leaving customers distraught. Im devastated and can't speak to anyone in this Company. I need a refund of my money or replacement. Disgusting people. Don't purchase anything from them.
