Customer service doesn't know what they are doing. I believe the company doesn't care at all about customers.Over one month and I still cannot get into account online! Keep being told they are sorry and will sent back to ITT? Dept. The dept. does NOT have a direct # to call, can only go through the customer service agent. Claim they "tried" to contact me but never got a call or an email so, they lied!! BEWARE do not get this card. the fees are enormous!
It is now 5-08-26 I have made 7 calls to the company and no resolution. I finally did receive an email from the tech dept. regarding I can't get into my account online and they said I had to REGISTER my account first! I registered the card on April 13, 2026 and it says my card IS registered when online. Still cannot get into my account and just keep being told they will send an email to tech. services.
Today again told no direct number to tech services they can only email my complaint...then she HUNG UP on me!!!!!

I prefer to pay by debit and incur the extra fee so payments post immediately. The CS agent provided the opportunity and was very courteous.

This lady answered and was so polite in a response to my questions that I ranker on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best. She definitely is a 11. One other note that I would add and that is on your mobile app why don’t you add one other item on there available credit on your first page? Thank you.

I I haven’t received my card yet, but the gentleman was very helpful and was able to give me the last four numbers of my card so that I could find out what the holdup was because I had received an email yesterday stating that I needed to activate my card, but I haven’t received it yet. That’s why it’s not activated so he was very helpful.

Representative was able to collect payment without charging a$5.00 fee. I was under the impression that if I call, I was going to the automotive system where I could pay for free. She was helpful explaining my concern about that charge fee.
