hyundia take top marks for customer service
he looked at other local dealerships in there company to see if a sutable car was already in the country so we would not have to wait long for our new car , he also went through everything in the car with both myself and my wife so we both understood how everything works

This is my 3rd car through Vertu. They make everything so easy. Everyone Ive dealt with has been extremely helpful from the service centre to the sales staff and nothing is too much trouble. Rory, who helped me find my new car, definitly went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, no matter what I asked. They will always be my first port of call.

Great customer service from Vertu BMW Exeter, especially Ben Pascall !
My wife and I dropped in to Vertu BMW Exeter on a whim whilst passing, just to take a look at what vehicles were available.
We were browsing the used vehicles outside when we were approached by Ben one of the salesmen.
He was very cordial, engaging, courteous and polite. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He arranged a test drive for us within minutes and demonstrated the car for us.
We were delighted with the car and proceeded inside to discuss the purchase. At no time did we feel pressured. It was all a very relaxed. There was no hard sell. A refreshing change.
All potential options, extras and add-ons were fully explained and all questions answered. A package was agreed, including a fair trade-in price for my vehicle and the 'deal' was sealed.
3 days later I returned to collect my 'new' BMW !
I should have to say that the quality of Ben's customer service and salesmanship match the quality of the vehicles he is selling. Were it not for him, we may well not have purchased the BMW that day. What a miss that would have been - we're delighted with it !

We were given accurate information to Purchase our new vehicle
We were given accurate information to any questions we had and didn't feel pressured to enter into any kind of deal. Ultimately we part exchanged and paid cash for the balance.
After purchasing our vehicle, I dont think the staff could have been more helpful. Not just on the handover but after that as well. They looked after us right through the whole process and I am happy to relay this to anyone who reads this.

Great Service from our local Mini dealer.
Third Mini for us and the second time dealing with Charlotte @ Vertu MINI Exeter. Completely un-pressurised, professional, fully attentive and above all really helpful. Charlotte was very patient explaining all the tech stuff on our new car and the whole experience was super, sprinkled with infectious enthsiasm. Met manager Neil also, which was a nice touch, and appreciated.
