My company car went in for repair and…
My company car went in for repair and had a new drive motor fitted, whilst in I never got a call to let me know what was happening and therefore had to chase them several times with the continual promise of an update the following week which never happened. The car was in for 4 weeks and on the final telephone chaser they told me the car was ready and apologised nobody had called. I found this frustrating along with our company as we have been paying for a hire car while it was sat there ready. The reason I have decided to leave this review was some child had altered the settings in the radio so that the bass was fully turned up and the treble fully turned down on each profile hence out of choice I would not use this dealership again, it was a poor experience.
