Fabulous service
Leon made everything so easy. No pressure and everything explained well.
All the staff were very friendly.
Leon & the manager had my car wrapped with a bow & floweres when I went to collect it which was a lovely surprise.
This is my third Audi, would never drive anything else. Great car ! Thank you

Hereford Audi
Charlotte at Hereford Audi is always on the ball and very efficient. It the 4th car she has sold me and I am always delighted with my treatment from first enquiry to driving the vehicle away. Not only is Charlotte very good at her job but she has a friendly disposition and always is welcoming. Having said all the staff at Hereford Audi are professional with a friendly attitude to customers. I would not purchase a car from anywhere else.

Amazing & faultless service
I have bought my last 3 cars through Hereford Audi for the past 8 years and have always received great service. Julian and Stuart have continually been amazing. I found my car had run out of MOT and they managed to accommodate getting my car in the same day for MOT, provided me with a courtesy car so I could get to hospital to see my mother who had been taken in and also washed and hoovered my car. Their kindness and service for me the other day was invaluable to relieve the pressure that I was under and I was extremely grateful.

Fantastic service, went above and beyond, from the first phone call to handover , Josh was attentive and listened and to our questions and came back with speedy response. A great experience. From the moment that I made my initial enquiry and contacted Vertu Motors the level of Customer Service and communication was of the highest quality - far exceeding my expectations of what I may reasonably expect.
Nothing was too much trouble for Thomas who assisted me throughout the buying process with attention to detail regarding documentation and options available to me - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

Fabulous and Trusted Experience
Josh is simply the definition of a trusted professional. The entire process of purchasing my first finance vehicle was enjoyable and relaxed throughout. The level and quality of information and timings was great. On collecting the car Josh ensured he spent the right amount of time with us going through the functionalities and charging bits and bobs. Ultimately the customer experience was pleasant and sincere, whilst being tailored to me and my needs.
