We recently had Paul from Verminator Pest Control come out to deal with squirrels in our soffit and attic, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Paul handled the issue very efficiently and clearly knows his trade inside out. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and make sure the problem was properly resolved.

What a nice man that knows exactly what he's talking about. Had the Cohncil man out. Quick look around the outside. Then a quick look in the attic and gone within no time. NOT the same eith Paul. He's in no rush, took a thorough look all around the house and in the drains. Identified what he thought was the problem and provided a solution. Very impressed. Thanks Paul.

I spoke to the Verminator about bedbugs and a rat problem and he was just brilliant! Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through some options and helped me make some decisions about what to do. I have spoken to the Verminator twice now and I would definitely go to him again with any future problems.

Contacted Verminator about a wasp issue. They attended same day and remedied the issue. The price was cheaper than other companies that quoted also. Excellent value and great service. Highly recommended.

Prompt, Effective, Polite
I contacted two companies in the Carmarthen area to get my wasp nests removed and Verminator responded quickly. The other company hasn't responded several days later. I asked Verminator to do the work and they came out the same afternoon. Paul was very polite, informative and got on with treating the nest. He offered to come back in a couple of days if the nest hadn't died down and use a different treatment. The nest had noticeably reduced activity after an hour and appeared to have ceased after about four hours.

A call made on a Sunday and 2 hours later Paul turned up and reviewed the issue and dealt with it immediately. Before he left he explained what we should expect in the next few hours and reassured us the issue was resolved - outstanding service - thank you.

We had Verminator out today for a rodent, Paul was extremely helpful, explained exactly what he was doing throughout and made me feel more at ease. He cleaned the area thoroughly and checked drains and walls for holes. If anyone is looking for a job well done, I would recommend this company 100%.

Firstly, I chose Verminator because it was the only local business with a 5 star rating. Honestly I am not surprised. Communication was excellent even when we had to make changes at the last minute due to a sick dog. Very accommodating, prompt friendly and polite. Paul dealt with the wasps efficiently and effectively. Couldn't ask more and wasn't even expensive.

Knowledgeable and Effective
we've had Paul out several times now to help us deal with various issues we've had and every time he's been prompt, friendly, and helpful. he's got a lot of knowledge on how to deal with all common pests and after one persistent one with which we were really struggling, we called him in, he gave us some advice, a treatment plan, and some equipment, and the problem is resolved.

Go to Paul (Verminator) straight away, don't waste money on others...
I called Paul in desperation after being let down/dissatisfied by/with some more local pest control companies. I now wouldn't look for anybody else and would recommend Paul to anybody; he is knowledgeable, reliable, approachable, and THOROUGH - which is really what you need when you have a pest problem. He gave me peace of mind in my last property and have already used his service again in my new home if effort to make our garden as least appealing to rodents as possible, plus he's Donda great job at my sister/brother in law's new property too.
I wouldn't waste money going anywhere else now, straight to Paul for any issues.

Highly recommend Paul - Verminator
Paul did such an amazing job. Not just in discovering where the pests were coming in, but the well of information was outstanding. It was such a learning curve for both my partner and I. Paul immediately made us feel very relaxed and was incredibly patient and dealt with the barrage of questions we had about our rat problem and about other things. It was overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend if you have a pest problem!
