Great company to use and would highly recommend them. My first experience with a pest control company so wasn't sure what to expect, but they explained everything and kept in regular contact over the few months. Friendly staff too

I found the company to be professional, polite and ultimately completely effective. I was looked after by Joe who combined humour with excellent advice. He identified two separate issues - a mouse in my attic and a rat visiting my bird feeders. I was given a quote for works up front and an explainer of the process. All went entirely to plan. They responded immediately, were excellent communicators, arrived on time and got the job done. Highly recommend.

Brilliant response time and communication from Phil and Joe. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Within 30 minutes of contacting them for help with ants entering the house, they came and sorted out the problem. We have lived in period homes in rural areas for many years and PGM have always responded swiftly to our calls with various pest issues. We highly recommend this company.

When we spotted a rat emerging from under our home office, I checked the Malvern Hills District Council website for recommended pest control contractors and then looked at their respective reviews on Trustpilot.
That lead me to contact PGM &Son as they seemed to be very professional, with glowing reviews.
I would second those reviews. Joe came around, laid some bait in various places and it was taken from under the home office, but nowhere else, so it was almost certain they were under the office. No more bait was taken following the second visit, so it was assumed it wasn't a large number of rats.
He provided us with some valuable advices and we will keep vigilant for any reoccurrences.
We were more than happy with the service provided and he was very affable.

We recently engaged PGM for both rodent control and bird-related cleaning/proofing works. From the first contact, their team was clear, responsive, and proactive. The site visit was handled professionally, the quote was transparent, and the setup process has been smooth.

I have called them twice to deal with wasps nests in the house. I got a very prompt response and the problem was sorted quickly so my guests could return to their bedroom.

I phoned PGM when we spotted a rat in our garden. Phil was so pleasant to deal with and professional. He sent Mark round the next day and he did an assessment and quote which was half the price of the national pest control companies. Mark has efficiently dealt with the problem and the whole process was quick, easy and good value for money. I cant rate this company highly enough.

They responded very quickly to our request for help with several wasp nests. Their representative Mark was effucient in destroying the nests and most pleasant to deal with. A return visit was also immediately made by him to reapply powder to one nest which survived the first application. Many thanks for a most efficient and effective service.

PGM came out the day I called and dealt with my wasp nest. I had a call to say they be calling later in the day. I was not going to be in but sent a picture of where the wasp nest was . The sent me a text stating the work was completed later that day and I received the visit report and invoice the following day.
Wasps are gone so my experience was first rate.

Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly deal with vicious ground-nesting wasps in our front garden, the day after I approached the company.

Joe called in the morning, to confirm the appointment, and again 30-40 minutes before his arrival, to let me know that he was on his way. He also left after-care instructions, to safeguard other wildlife from being harmed by the powder he used to eradicate the wasps. I would definitely use again.

Just when a problem with mice arises Phil and Joe put together a solution. Special service on Sunday meant a great deal with one of the family ill at the time. PGM has provided a friendly and highly effective pest control service on many occasions over the past three years. Their standards never drop.
