The customer service and account management is so poor. They were unable to tell me what they were billing me for and took them 2 months to do an "ESN cleanup".
I am trying to get hard wired devices to replace plug-in GPS units. Its really simple. Not for Verizon. They were "swapping" units so I've now lost existing units i still have. I can't even understand what they are doing. It's such a cluster****.
There are plenty of smaller businesses offering GPS services with better service and better products for CHEAPER!!!

From initial contact with Timothy, we knew we were in good hands - we previously used Movolytics for our tracker and comapring to Verizon is day & night.
Everything is easy to navigate.
Had a crash with one of our fleet vans a few weeks back, it was very easy to locate the footage.
I would stay away from getting anything from Verizon Connect. Customer service is horrible. Sales reps only want you to buy and do not care about customer satisfaction. I was sent everything I needed and set it up with both GPS and camera. I was unable to use features promised. I reached out customer support 4 different times, with all 4 giving me different answers of how to address the problems. They had me downloading different apps that were not needed, saying I did not sign up for the correct features, ect. After spinning my wheels for multiple hours, which are important to me as a business owner, I finally got someone who could direct me to to turning on the feature needed to enable me to successfully move forward with using the product. I reached out to my rep 2 different times within a 4 week period about my dissatisfaction without any response. I called customer service who was no help. Asked for a manager who seemed to be sympathetic and understanding, until I got an email that they just put in a ticket and closed it out. Worst customer service experience I've had. It was such a process getting everything set up that I feel like I'm stuck using it at this point. To anyone considering using them, don't.

Verizon Connect is absolute junk!! Not only does the equipment rarely function as expected, but trying to get a hold of anyone who can actually help you is almost impossible. We have had this service for almost 3 years and have NEVER been happy with it! BUT, since you sign a contract that is impossible to get out of, we are stuck with it. I would NEVER EVER recommend this trash to anyone!

Only interested in signing people up, they couldn't call us for months, even lodged tickets in their system. We've now cancelled contract yet they send legal letters for "unfair" contracts which they have lost in the courts before over. DO NOT USE. Plenty of better companies out there.

From initial contact, through demo and contract agreement, and system installation - Verizion made our company feel wanted customers. All questions were answered, and solutions offered.
Since the system went live, our business has greater oversight of vehicle operations as well as driver standards. All information is readily accessible within a simple to use postal interface.
We definitely made the right choice of supplier for this project!
We strongly recommend to not use this company and their services. Shockingly poor customer service all round and very rude staff. We have been over charged for 6 months for devices which was never even been installed and they still generating bills. Very dishonest and misleading. We will take an action against them via trading standard.

They know what they are doing. They will stitch you up. And they are very good at it. I’m not going to list all the issues here but Verizon will miss sell you a product.
But if you do end up as a customer make sure you Ask to have auto renew deactivated or you will end up with trackers you don’t need for an extra 2 years! ( unless your super organised and remember to cancel the contact 60 days before that’s fine ) that’s my experience. Some business do not plan vehicle requirements 4 years ahead . Not flexible. Not business minded. Just corporate loser's going to their little office in their little Audi on pcp pretending to be someone.

AVOID!!! Sent an engineer out to fit trackers on the vehicles and damaged the first vehicle he touched. Lots of money and time wasted. They are not proffesional and if there is a issue like i had it's a hassle to get in touch with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

If there was an option for negative stars, I would use it. this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I submitted a request to speak to our "Success Manager" 7 Months ago to discuss services we have with Verizon that we are not using.
It took 2 months to find out our success manager had left the business, at which point a new one contacted me, refusing to discuss over the phone and instead sent very blunt email responses. It was only once I mentioned our future business that he bothered to pick up the phone. since that conversation, I have heard nothing what so ever.
To make the best of a bad situation we decided to get them out to install some of the trackers that were sat idle, which is a chargeable service. It took over a month to arrange for a fitter to come down to do so, and now they are fitted, they do not work.
Stay well away from Verizon Connect! I could list off all of the other times their service has disappointed me, but there isn't enough time in the day to do so.

I would stay away from getting anything from Verizon Connect. I have been a a Verizon Wireless customer for over 25 years, so I thought Connect would work out great.. Nope. Customer service is horrible, they will bill you for equipment you never received or had installed and if you try to terminate your contract, even after the contract is up... well good luck they do not respond and it took me over 6 months all the while I kept paying for the service, and they still want me to pay for the equipment I never received on top of that. Stay away is my advice. Sales reps only want you to buy and do not care about customer satisfaction.

We've had these trackers fitted to our vans for about a week now, and they've been really good. The detailed reports that are easily obtained from the system are fantastic. The live mapping is great to locate where our vehicles are, has been effective, as we've been able to tell our customers an approximate time for their delivery. So far so good
This ELD is absolute garbage! In my truck it doesn’t work more than it does. Maybe once a day it will be able to determine my location. We’ve changed out the receiver, unit and the cords and still have the same problem. It’s absolute junk!!!!!!

I’ve been trying to reach Verizon Wireless for several weeks regarding issues with GPS trackers and cameras in our units. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any response. This lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.

Right from a great demo with Kendal through to any add-ons we’ve required or issues being being resolved by our account manager John Hooper, having our trackers supplied by Verizon has been a great experience. Not to mention the amount of money our company has saved using this product. 10 out of 10.
