The only thing this Company messed it up this time with us, is the Contract, they are saying is 36 months, and renews automaticaly, we understood it was month to month... also if the GPS trackers is low battery, we report it and they send us a new one 1-2 weeks, that means the equipment has to be on it's own without protection on it.., we highly reccomend OneStepGps, a lot cheaper, no contract, on Power Assest battery last for about 1 year, if the battery is low we can replace it ourselves inmediately.. so watch out and make your desicions.

TERRIBLE customer service, DO NOT USE THEM! You get a new account manager every month who does not answer their phone or email. It takes them more than 24 hours to respond.
The equipment stopped working. I tried to get them to send someone out to check on the units. After getting passed along in their vortex of call centers they asked me to figure out what was wrong with each unit. I have a business to run and I'm not a technician. As a paid service they should provide good customer support and maintain their product.
You will wait on hold for hours, never speak to the same person twice, never get a call or email back. Do not use them

Our experience with Verizon Connect has been negative due to repeated billing discrepancies, unclear account records, and a continued lack of transparency throughout an extended service dispute. We submitted multiple written requests for clarification and cancellation, yet we continued receiving charges that did not align with previously provided account information or our clearly stated intent to discontinue services. Portions of the billing history also appeared inconsistent with earlier documentation, which created serious concerns about accuracy, reliability, and proper record keeping.
Throughout this process, Verizon Connect did not provide timely or substantive responses to our questions. Communication was frequently delayed or incomplete, and responsibility for resolving discrepancies was redirected back to us rather than addressed internally. Requests for escalation and written clarification were acknowledged but not meaningfully resolved, which significantly undermined our confidence in their billing and account management practices and left important concerns unanswered.
Based on our experience, Verizon Connect did not demonstrate transparency, consistency, or good-faith effort in resolving documented issues. As a business customer, we expect accurate billing, honest communication, and accountable support, and those expectations were not met. We would not recommend Verizon Connect to other organizations seeking dependable service or responsible account management.

Verizon Connect has been the single worst vendor experience our company has ever dealt with. For almost a full year, our business faced repeated overbilling, non-functional tracking units, missing data, and months of unanswered support requests. Our assigned “account manager” was unreachable for nearly nine months. When service failed or devices stopped reporting, we were given no guidance, no escalation path, and no resolution.
Even worse, when Verizon Connect reactivated our account after one of their shutoffs, all historical tracking data was erased without warning — including the days their system was down. This data is crucial for any fleet-based business.
Billing has been an ongoing nightmare. We are contracted at a clear rate, yet invoices continue to arrive triple the contracted amount, and instead of correcting the invoice, Verizon Connect forces credits onto the account to hide the discrepancy. They refuse to simply issue a correct bill.
Every attempt to resolve issues results in circular explanations, shifting blame, and no action. We were never provided a consistent point of contact, despite asking repeatedly.
If you’re a small business, please read the reviews before choosing Verizon Connect. We wish we had. The experience has been exhausting, expensive, and disruptive to our operations.

I have used GPS systems for 20 years. I switched to Verizon connect to get a better deal on my phone lines, but unfortunately it was not worth it. Their GPS product fails and they have me reset it, but the data is gone. It would work after I reset it until it stopped. I had a fleet of 15 with them and have moved on from them. Everything has been working fine with the other company for the last 9 months now.

Dump trailer was stolen. Called the company to see if it could be located. They couldn't. I have another trailer with their tracker which still keeps the location at my home dispute the fact the trailer was with me all day. There's no real time tracking. I knew I had to file a police report which I did. The representative tells me when I call back to have a attorney call. I was confused. Definitely canceling services. The system they have is terrible. Waste of money and the representative appeared to not have the proper knowledge

Absolutely horrible. The people who install it did it wrong. Ended up shutting my whole truck down fried the truck system.Had to be towed and fixed at my expense. Then I have been trying for three months to get them to come out and reinstall it properly. Still haven’t, but yet want to charge me for the three months that I haven’t been able to use it. No one wants to reply to emails and when you call they want to leave you on hold and give you a run around that someone will get back to you. If I could give negative stars I would.

The core service itself was highly unreliable. The primary feature I needed—the ability to reliably check the history of my vehicle's movements—was consistently non-functional or impossible to access. The system failed to provide basic, expected functionality, rendering the entire tracking service useless for its intended purpose.
The most frustrating aspect of this experience was the contract length and the company's rigid enforcement. Despite the service being completely unreliable and non-functional from my perspective, I was essentially forced to stay and pay for three painful years. Paying for a broken service for such an extended period is unacceptable, and prospective customers should be extremely wary of this lengthy commitment.
I strongly advise against signing up for Verizon Connect. The product does not deliver on its promises, and the multi-year contract locks you into paying for a service that is, in my experience, totally worthless.

Verizon connect sales people are liars and scam artists. They offer things over the phone just to get you to the docusign portion. Once you sign, the scam begins. You cant install their products, no USA customer service. Very poor English skills for customer service. David Reyes in sales is a liar and a cheat. Don't know how he sleeps at night. I finally had to stop payment with my bank and report them to the PA attorney generals office to get a resolution. They refused to refund the months of payments they stole while providing no service.

Even after following the instructions on how to terminate the policy at the end of term to avoid termination fees, connect did not terminate the policy and renewed it. Now they want 600 to terminate. never get started with this company.
