Broken cheap AI service. 20 minutes and 50 tries to take a picture.

Sometimes AI is helpful and sometimes it's worse than dealing with a $2 an hour customer service agent from a cheap company that's too sorry to hire decent people. Any other verification I can hold my phone and scan my face first try. With Verisoul I have to set my phone up on a desk, clean my camera, move in hyper slow motion and still takes 20 tries to not get a blurry picture. No contest worst verification I've ever used and can confidently say worst I ever will use. You'd have to put serious effort into making a service worse than this one. Regardless of where you start distance wise it says too close or too far away. I don't move when hitting retry and it still wants me to go farther or closer. During that I move so slow you can't even tell I'm moving in real life and the picture is still blurry. Legit takes me 20 minutes on average to verify but every site is switching to this because it's AI powered and therefore cheap for them to use. Even cheaper than the $2 workers they usually hire from the Philippines or some other 3rd world country. Now sites don't even do that since AI is here.

It legit got a picture of my face no…

It legit got a picture of my face no blinks and rejected me. So free cash refuses to let me pull the money. This is truly the worse verification system ever. The worse! I've never had this issue before. Awful company. It uses AI so of course it's awful.

Horrible Product! Devastating to customers.

If it were possible to give this company less than one star I would. I have run into verification problems on mobile devices, desktop cameras & laptop cameras. I have now spent almost three hours in total in the attempt to be verified. This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea how they are in business with such a poor product. As a small business owner, I would not only say stay away from this company but run. They will kill your client base.

Poor infrastructure

I am shocked that the KYC verification process is so bad here. They try to auto-capture images of ID/Passport for verification without asking or allowing the camera to properly position. I think they not tech experts

I would give it 0 stars if I coul5d

I would give it 0 stars if I coul5d. I wracked up almost $40 on VTBS. When I tried to cashout, it insisted I verify my ID through Verisoul. Verisoul's facial recognition software is shit and would not verify me. I contacted VYBS support who told me they couldn't help me and I should contact Verisoul, which you can only do through email and after repeated attempts, Verisoul just sends me a word-for-word troubleshooting FAQ, which don't work rather than verifying me from my driver's license, Now they don't write back at all.

Absolutely will not verify me

I'm not sure how many times I tried to verify myself through this website. Different rooms, different angle, different lighting, etc. It keeps saying verification failed. Do yourself a favor and don't use this website.
