Bullied and intimidating delivery
Furniture arrived at the arranged time, the delivery drivers brought the furniture into the lounge, unpacked and assembled the furniture, tested to shpw working, all good so far. I was then informed that I would receive an email asking for a review for the delivery service. When I said I already received it my phone was taken from me and the taller man started to complete the survey! I took my phone back saying I would complete it later, the smaller man then insisted I complete it while they were there and then bullied me into putting the answers in that they wanted, everything "very good"!
When they had left I found that parts of the chair had not been fitted correctly.
I felt very intimidated and then angry at their treatment of me.
Poor follow-up service on orders
This is the second time I am reaching out to you, as I have been waiting for my order for two weeks now.
It seems that the selected pick-up point is no longer active, yet the website still allowed me to choose it. As a result, the order was put on hold, but I was not informed about this at any point.
Had I not followed up myself, the product would have never been shipped. This situation is quite disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's service.

The order process was easy and I received email notifications for every step of the delivery process. Delivery was earlier than anticipated and the transport company called in advance to confirm the day and time of delivery (a two hour interval during the delivery date). The bed is good quality, comfortable and easy to assemble (took around 1.30 hours). My daughter opted to use the mattress which was designed for the lower bed and so it fitted a bit more dificult on the upper bed (I think it is a few cm wider), but it can be made to work. Overall I am happy with the purchase and with the services provide by the seller.

Disappointed with Service and Misleading Delivery Information
I ordered a sofa from Vente-unique over two months ago, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Initially, they promised delivery in the second week of March, which was already a long wait. Then, they postponed it to the first week of April. On April 7th, I received another email saying the delivery was pushed back again to April 21st — with no clear explanation.
When I requested a refund, I was told the sofa had already left the warehouse, and I would be charged a €70 delivery fee. If the item has truly left the warehouse, I don’t understand why the delivery is being delayed by more than 20 days.
To add to the frustration, I shared an honest review about this situation, and Trustpilot flagged it for harmful or illegal content, which was not the case at all. I was simply expressing my genuine experience as a customer.
This whole process has left me feeling misled and ignored. I hope this review helps others be aware and make informed decisions before ordering.

The gate door arrived packed in 3 boxes. The mounting process is not easy, and one person is not capable of doing the job. Certain parts don't fit. You need to use tools to adjust them. Overall, I am disappointed.

A table we had ordered was delayed by…
A table we had ordered was delayed by the manufacturer and we called Vente-unique to cancel the order and to order a different table. The transaction was potentially complicated, involving loyalty points, the cancellation, new order and the refund money. The person helping us from Vete made it all so easy. She was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Everything was handled perfectly and our new table arrived quickly. This experience with Vente service is typical of our previous experience with the company.
Shocking service - dont use. Keep your money or they will!
I ordered a sofa (and paid in full) on 4th December with delivery guaranteed for 15-21 December. It left their warehouse on 6th December and arrived at the destination centre (1.5 hours from our house) on the 13th and there it has sat ever since. The delivery company have made no attempt to contact us although they state they can’t get through to us yet Vente Unique have called and spoken to us several times. After contacting Vente Unique through their website and subsequently on whats app I have received numerous reassurances that it will be delivered. These dates have come and gone and nothing. I have no sofa and over 1100 euros out of pocket. We are still sat on the floor! Its 2025 - how hard is it to make simple point to point deliveries. I am afraid that this company is full of hot air and empty promises. Keep your money or they will.

So far, all I can say is customer service needs renaming as customer disservice. Furniture ordered on 29 october, money paid same day. We were assured delivery would be between 12~18th November. still hasn't arrived, all we are told (every day for over 10 days) is that the logistics department, who frankly are clearly not fit for purpose will contact us. So far, surprise surprise, zero contact, zero help and for me 1 star is too high. I rate Vente Unique as minus 1. What an embarrassing company, unique is right, no one else is this poor.

Been sent expired discount code!
Customer service is useless! Been waiting all morning for their online chat to reply!
They sent me a 25€ discount code fore my birthday (2024) but when I try to use it I’m told it expired in 2017!
So far only contact I have had is to confirm the expiry date! No apology for misleading me or offer to send valid code.
This is so stupid, why send me a code in 2024 that expires in 2017! What am I supposed to do? Go back in time?!
Now been 2 days since my original query and still no explanation or even replies to my messages.
WHY SEND A CODE IN 2024 THAT EXPIRED IN 2017?????
Further to the reply, the email states that the code expires on the 29th of NOVEMBER. Why can’t this company just admit that they made a mistake, and offer to send me a valid code to make up for my disappointment?
