Do not waste your money it youre buying the 'antibacterial knickers' that they are marketing for 50+ women as 'leak proof', you will still need to use a disposable liner in your knickers to stop the occasional leak because the so called leak proof gusset is so far back in the pants it would barely help if you were using them for a light period!! yes they are lovely and soft and very comfortable but whoever designed them clearly has absolutely NO knowledge of a womans anatomy as the so called leak proof liner is positioned so far back in the pants its actually laughable, except its not funny for the price even with the offers!! added to this they also sent me the wrong colours, I ordered 2 black, 2 nude, 2 blue and got sent 3 black 3 nude, which i wouldve just lived with if they had been fit for purpose but theyre absolutely not, Ive had better leak proof pants from Shein for a fraction of the price, yes theyre not as nice looking but they actually do the job! cant comment on the other products but the antibacterial leak proof pants are a complete waste of money unless you just want a pair of comfy knickers that you still have wear a pad with and pay a stupid price for even with the 'buy 2 get 4 free' offer theyre not worth it...dont waste your money!!

Comfortable briefs, look just like ordinary gussets so not embarrassing if anyone sees them in your washing! I only wear them for the gym and they have been good. I find they do roll down a bit under my stomach, so would be useful if they were a bit deeper.
I also think a thong variety would be great

The knickers I have bought from Venetian Lace are very comfortable. They do capture minor leaks, leaving me and my trousers dry. They definitely give me more confidence throughout the day. The only constructive criticism I would give is that the special lining could do with being 0.5 - 1cm further forward, but I find this issue with every brand of knickers I've bought so it might just be me. Having said that I will definitely be buying more of their knickers.

This company does not respond to emails, the products are not sized and the waiting time for product to arrive is very long. I bought 2 sets as gifts and was unable to separate the 2 sizes as they all arrived in one package with no size labels. Added to this they arrived so long after I ordered and paid that I had to travel without them which was the whole reason I ordered as gifts for family. They won’t respond to requests for return and are ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs, it’s a social media scam!!!

Lovely pants. Good fit and lovely fabric. Amazing customer service!! I ordered some in the wrong size by mistake and they are sending out the right size with no quibble. And not asking me to return the other ones but asked me to donate to charity. Would recommend

I made a mistake with the offers when ordering and the company allowed my to order again with a discount so I didn't lose out! I love the knickers. They are really comfy, leak proof, breathable and look good too

I think these are from China, but are very comfortable. I doubt they are for someone with a bladder problem, but are ideal for someone with a slight leak. I would buy them again as they fit beautifully, but I think are overpriced for what they are. I would suggest looking around before paying this premium price.

Really not worth buying, their pants are no more leak proof than ordinary M&S briefs. They really are not as advertised. Save your money

Very slick marketing campaign for a 'quality product' which turned out to be little plastic packets in a grubby white bag from China. Where's the box & tissue from your adverts? I haven't even unwrapped them because I am already beyond disappointed having spent more than I ever have on pants. Have contacted the company three times to arrange a return & no response.

I was a bit unsure at first, but after two weeks of wearing them, I definitely find they work, I have not needed panty liners at all. Initially I felt a bit itchy and thought I was going to have a reaction to them but this was short lived. They feel comfortable and wash well too.
The postage took awhile and everytime I tried to track my order it said it didn't exist so I was a bit worried, but I received plenty of emails saying the order was on it's way and it did arrive when said.

Lovely soft, comfy knickers. They give me confidence ao I have scarcely needed the support they offer!

I was not happy with the size of items in my original purchase, but Customer Service were very helpful, and said they would send a complimentary pair of a different style to see if that was better. I was asked to send my measurements so they could try and help. In fact they replaced the whole order with the new style and size at no cost and I am pleased to say they fit and look good. Excellent customer service in this case!

I have super sensitive skin and most knickers leave marks or feel scratchy, but these are just pure softness. No irritation, no tight elastic, just the comfiest fit ever.

I received an order 16/4 the underwear is massively undersized, not at all like the images - I have been trying to return since 16/4 - on the website they state "happiness guaranteed or full refund - hassle free returns - 24/7 customer service - none of this is correct. 6 emails, 1 message and the portal and 1 to the online chat ( which states immediate response) - still no response or resolution - buyer beware!

Thought I'd give these anti bacterial knickers a try. They are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn, really soft and stretchy, I feel fresh in them all day. Have purchased another set!

Sadly I'm having a very disappointing time trying to get even a returns label from this company, after 12 emails back and forth, and numerous innocuous excuses.
I did not like the fit of the items, so will not comment.
I will return the goods to their unit address, via some form of recorded delivery and put to my bank for recovery of what I consider to be a large sum of money.
Would never recommend this company. I'm convinced it's a "bot" that makes the replies.

The money is now in my bank.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Terrible product, does not live up to what it it promises at all. Luckily I tested at home, so was able to change clothes after wearing them... and sneezing! Not leakproof at all!!

Comfy stretchy pants but the leak proof bit is very small

Lovely and comfortable to wear.
No VPL even under leggings.
