Speaking to Bex about my query ordering another blind (I broke mine) she was most helpful. My blind is 13yrs old and the colour may now be different to what they have now. She suggested ordering free colour samples to see if exact match to my other one. Thank you Velux

Fantastic customer service and installation. Had a 40 year old Velux with water damage and they were able to assess the model, provide recommendations and organise fitting. Installer was also brilliant and cleaned the workspace before leaving

I spent a year calling around local companies trying to get 3 rotten old velux (over 20 years old) replaced... out of desperation I called Velux (I thought they would be extortionate is why I waited) - OMG! WHY DID I WAIT.. they were AMAZING. The customer service was excellent. I couldnt open the windows so they worked with me to get the correct measurements for the quote which I got in a day. They arranged for someone to come out to make sure the measurements were exact and the quote I got was cheaper than anyone else AND I got a superior product and the full ten year Velux guarantee. They were helpful, quick, curteous - I actually cannot fault them and would recommend that anyone looking to get Velux done go straight to the organ grinder! Thank you Velux.

We struggled to find an installer to replace an ancient Velux window in our 1990 home. Noticing that Velux were offering a replacement service we got in touch. From then on everything was straightforward. Communication was great. It was a short wait from sending photos, agreeing the contract and installation. Our installer, Gary, worked professionally and methodically, ensuring that all of our almost irreplaceable roof tiles were carefully handled. We were delighted with the new window, external blind and remote control operation powered by a single solar cell.
It was not cheap (!) but definitely worth it. Thank you to Gary our installer and all the team at Velux.

Questions about Velux solar powered blinds answered quickly and knowledgeably by Caroline by email even at 18.30 on a Friday evening!
Sadly unable to find anyone to install Velux blinds in our area, local installer only deals with Bloc blinds - we're just hoping they will be OK. We really wanted Velux ones and I would have had a go myself but husband vetoed my working at height in our vaulted kitchen now I'm in my 70's - grrrr!

I had a question about 2 different Velux units with different clients. I contacted customer service and Alasdair replied with a very comprehensive answer to one and asked for further information about the other. When I provided this he responded with exactly the information I required. Excellent service.
