Scam
Paid $59.99 for mystery box. 4x100 ct rolls of counterfeit stamps in envelope received. Went to post office and shared a roll with them, although they didn’t seem really interested.
After 2 identical responses and then silence, I’ve swallowed my pride.
Total scam. I order an electronic mystery box and all I received was stamps.
I never placed this order. I don't know what this company is. I would like my money refunded, please.I never received any product or stamps as it appears that you sell. And this is fraud. How do I go about getting my money back?
I bought $30 for a mystery box. Said multiple items. It wasn’t a box. It was a tiny envelope. Of 2024 stamps. Two rolls. What a scam.
It's a scam, they took down the store. I bought a mystery box and what I got was a small roll of postcards. Now when I look for the box on the velovoa page, mw sake not found 404
Thank God, I found this which ironically enough is that the bottom of the page on their own website, but I clicked on that because it’s showing a five star rating but when I clicked on it, it brings me to your page here where I’m able to see other reviews so thank you to all of you that I’ve unfortunately already had to pay to find out the hard way But I’m glad I saved myself some money and headache ! It’s just absolute BS that this stuff can’t be shut down! Also, you would think that trust pilot would be able to do something about this because they are literally showing that they have five full stars currently being held on trust pilot which is obviously not true!
purchased what was advertised as an Amazon mystery box, expecting a surprise selection of random Amazon merchandise. Instead, I received counterfeit “forever” postage stamps that are not legal, authentic, or usable.
This is highly misleading because there was no mention in the listing that the mystery box would contain counterfeit postage. These fake stamps are worthless and selling them is a federal crime.
When I reached out for a refund, the company refused to cooperate and doubled down on denying the problem. I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company
I have the same complaint as the previous few reviewers. I ordered a mystery box which said it would be filled with electronics that were Amazon returns. There were tons of pictures and graphs and list explaining what could possibly be in the box. I thought for $30 it was worth it because all of the pictures were very enticing
Like the other reviewers, I checked my mailbox five days after placing the order for an electronic/tech item filled box and found a tiny envelope with two rolls
Of forever stamps!!! This is just so weird and upsetting for so many reasons. First of all what the heck or anyone anyone anyone going to do a stamps especially this many!?
Also I purchased a box. A box. Not a small envelope. I’ve purchased electronics. That things you stick on an envelope for postage.
Ordered from here before I found this site, seem the other reviews about only receiving stamps, so I messaged them about wanting to cancel my order, and they told me they couldn't because it was sent out, well funny enough I told them I didn't want their stamps and would be returning and disputing the charges, and they told me in a second email they cancelled the order and will give me my refund back
I too spent $60 on a mystery box of refunded Amazon products. Received a small carrier mailer of 2024 forever stamps which probably aren’t legit. Stay away from this company! They deserve negative stars!
This place is fraud do not trust them I pay for two boxes which equal out to $119, I just received today couldn't believe what I received I received some posts stamps very ridiculous.
