Absolutely agree with others here—these jumpers are nowhere near the quality advertised. They’re certainly not cashmere as claimed; instead, they’re made from a cheap, nasty material that’s only fit for the bin. Shockingly, there are no tags, care labels, or composition labels—not even basic washing instructions!
When I requested a refund, I was informed I’d have to ship them back to China at my own expense. Misleading advertising and terrible customer service—avoid at all costs!

Appalling quality - no tags at all in the clothing’s - that’s already a bad sign - it took 2 w to receive the goods- definitely don’t buy.

Same as previous reviews, definitely not cashmere, no labels, on the plus side they arrived very quickly ! , but don't despair I am wearing one now and they are very warm, but I wouldn't recommend.

Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY. Rubbish quality, very synthetic, no labels, colour and shape (ISA tm Cashmere turtleneck) not same as advertised. Email address on their website do not answer emails. AVOID them!!!!! Deserve minus star and only gave one star as something actually eventually arrived…please don’t engage with this outfit!

I ordered 3 cashmere jumpers which looked very fluffy on the photo and are absolutely nothing like this in real life. A complete cheat and con.

Oh hell, why didn’t I check trust pilot first? They said they had good ratings. I ordered several items that arrived today, absolute rubbish. Sizing is too small, sweaters are not knitted but a nasty woven fabric, no way are they hand knitted. Tried to return and got an email in something that looks like Dutch, obviously I’m not going to see my £130 again.

Scam, received polyester jumpers from China, Have reported to my card provider and hoping to receive a refund - Do not buy !

Total scam. Per other reviews, item arrived completely different from what was ordered - very cheap quality, no labels. So disappointing they can get away with this.

I only gave the 1 star because the item actually arrived! Obviously a scam from China as the garment was nothing like the photo - yellow cream not beige and very cheap acrylic. Horrible, a complete waste of money.

I completely agree with all the reviews below—this is a SCAM! I ordered two sweaters advertised as pure cashmere, but they are definitely not cashmere and may not even be wool. The quality is extremely poor. They came directly from the factory in China with no labels or indications of what materials were used! I have to report this as a SCAM!

They sell an item for over 30£ a piece and instead of advertised ones you get the poorest quality (but same color) items directly from a factory in China. Items have no logos, no composition info , nothing at all! Avoid at all costs!

if you google Velora London, they have several websites, the one selling cashmere looked genuine, but i didn't spot the gmail email addresses

Ordered a jumper that was marketed as cashmere. It took weeks to come - from
China - has no labels but is definitely not cashmere. This company is a CON

I ordered a dress early September it took weeks to come. The website says they are based in London but the dress came from china. The dress looks nothing like the pictures! I have tried to contact them to arrange refund a week later still no response

It’s a scam, terrible clothes not like in the photos. No way of return as you have to ship to China. Don’t waste your money!
