I agree with all the comments from the other reveiwers. You may also need to know that I tried to claim from Visa as I had been missold this item. Unfortunate;y this was upheld as I have to return the item back to China at my cost to allow them the opportunity of refunding me. This will cost me around £30 so I wont do that but just learn a very hard lesson and only purchase from stores that I know

Dreadful and stressful experience buying from this company and less than poor quality clothing. Do not buy from here! Trying to dispute with credit card company!

What an absolute joke of a company. The item I ordered (Adult Large) would have barely fitted an 8 year old. It was of poor quality and clearly not fit for purpose. Like many others on here, I was offered the opportunity of shipping it back to China at my own expense ("At the time of your order, the item was only available in our distribution centre in China, and therefore we ask that the goods are returned there") or I could receive a 20% refund if I kept the item. This was later increased to 30%. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed and I am certain that it will never be credited back to my credit card. My last 3 emails have now been returned as undeliverable and the website is now unreachable. Avoid this company at ALL costs

TLDR: SCAM, DO NOT BUY

Agree with all the other reviews saying this company is a scam. Ordered a ‘cashmere’ jumper. Took six weeks to arrive and when it did is very obviously not cashmere, and looks nothing like the picture - colour, cut, style etc. Has clearly come from China, no labels at all - brand or materials, washing instructions etc.
Now have to decide if I have the time and energy to try to get my money back (thankfully only £35).

I would have given no stars if I could. They are not in the London Convent Garden, as stated on their website. They are in China. I purchased four jumpers that I thought were cashmere as advertised. It came up on Facebook as they were closing down. I felt for them so thought I would do some Christmas shopping with them. Jumpers are all such poor quality, maybe a tiny cashmere blend, but not fully cashmere as advertised, and now they are saying I have to pay to send them back to China after completing a 6 stage thing... I will be reporting them to shop and my card company. I will also let trading standards know... Stay away....

My sweater arrived after 3 weeks of posting from China. It was too small.
I asked for a refund and received a standard email saying 'keep the sweater and we'll give you 20% off your purchase price'.
My sweater was too small so I asked for a full refund and have received NO emails from them since.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have ordered goods and I have not received them. They appear on the Shop App too and they are not responding to me as I have tried to report them. They are fraudulent BEWARE!!

This company is a scam. I reported them to Action Fraud because my 'goods' never arrived.I got suspicious when they stopped communicating with me having initially sent almost daily updates on 'my order'. My bank, via VISA, have credited me the full amount following some checks and since being in touch with their bank. Velora seesm to use AI to generate fake tracking on orders you place, everything looks above board on their tracking link, but then the 'goods' simply stop at a random transit point in their journey.

They advertised jumpers as cashmere and wool jumpers they are not ..
they are not in London but send goods from china ..
no labels in jumpers of what fabric they are or washing instructions

The jumper arrived eventually & I was disappointed to find it was a very yellow cream colour, not as soft as I expected a cashmere jumper would be, no fabric content labels & no washing instruction's which is a breach of Textile labelling Regs.
So I opted for a refund as the website clearly states a 30 day refund policy. However I found out from email exchanges that I would have to send the jumper back to the warehouse in Ningbo, China which would cost me more than the 30% refund they were offering. I responded I was entitled to a full refund as the goods were not as described and was offered 50%. I accepted this as was getting weary of the email exchanges. There is something very wrong with the way Velora London is operating. I have reported the company to my local Trading Standards for the labelling issues, description of goods and

Same as most users: Velora sells products under the pretence of closing down.
- It took ages for the product to arrive.
. I cannot get hold of anyone. I wrote twice to them, complaining about the poor quality of the product (material, cut, sizing etc), not heard back.
- I want to return it, but ...will i get my money back?

Very poor quality and dubious sizing

Quite frankly would rate NO STAR. Poor quality product (item ordered 10 Nov, received 22 Nov) and despite assertion of 30 day money back guarantee have not been able to contact the company. I have completed their own on line contact form (no acknowledgement and no telephone number) and tried emailing them- that came back as undeliverable. Just seen another email address so will try that. I suspect I have been scammed!

UPDATE - have raised a dispute via my Credit Card - suggest anyone who paid by Credit Card does the same - will see what happens next.

My experience was quite ok, I wanted a warm fluffy «  cashmere » cardigan. I wasn’t over expecting high quality for the price , BUT the cardigan is actually very very warm ! And I have received a lot of compliments. So I am happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately, I ordered and paid for two chairs and to date I have not received any notification of my requests.
Basically, they have stolen from me and are not even getting back to me. I have already threatened them but no response. What should I do?

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! they advertise cashmere - it’s horrific quality and definitely polyester! However such poor items no labels confirming the material or washing instructions.

No way to send returns! DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
