Velieve offers a convenient testing service, but my experience was mixed. The process is straightforward, and the kit arrived quickly. However, I encountered concerns with diagnosis accuracy, prescription handling, and delivery timing. Communication could also improve, as it took days to receive a response. Overall, the service is okay but needs refinement.

Overall extremely happy, one thing I would say is that once I had confirmation of my prescription which was mid afternoon Saturday there was no delivery from Gophr until the Sunday morning despite the order being placed well in advance of the 9pm cut off. This wasn’t ideal given the cost of the delivery and the urgency with which I needed the medication.

A service that truly understands how cruel it is to make people go into a doctors office for a test they can do in the comfort of their own bathroom and within a much timelier fashion. I can’t count how many times I’ve let infections escalate to avoid going into the GP because I don’t have the time and/or keep being ill advised that it might just go away on its own if I drink enough water. The speed at which they can help you is just remarkable. Thank you!!

Fast delivery and very clear instructions

I was having such awful symptoms and felt rotten. Could not get into GP surgery and I as worried about going to urgent care because of covid. Kit was delivered quickly and I got my diagnosis so quickly and clearly. Managed to enjoy Christmas without a horrible UTI so thank you

It was a Sunday and was in agonising pain. I found the kit on google. All started well, arthur turned up within an hr to drop my kit off. But then on doing the test it said they couldn’t help me and I had to contact gp. Wasted £26. After having to jump through hoops to get an appointment, i’m now on antibiotics from gp. Wish i’d just waited.

Unfortunately i have had a terrible first experience. After paying £8 for a 4 hour delivery, i never recived the package as it was posted through the wrong door and not fully posted so can only assume was stolen as it was left hanging our the letterbox. I emailed Velieve and 4 days later am yet to have a response. No other way of contacting them. All round really disappointing

Very good product and quick results but it’s overpriced comparing to prices in the stores and pharmacies, I agree the delivery costs if you need it urgently but the price is nearly doubled, not reasonable sorry 😐!

Fantastic, fast and efficient. The app is easy to use. Of course when you go to the pharmacy to collect, there’s a kerfuffle and they act with great suspicion and say they have no idea what you’re talking about, but once you get past that, it’s such a good system and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again

Expensive and antibiotics did not fully clear symptoms so still have to go GP. Better off just going in the first place.

Paid for it - received nothing! It’s been 35 hours so far and counting. Velieve are refusing to refund me. So, I’m still unwell and now I’m also £22 worse off - cheers guys!

After many failed attempts to get a GP appointment and 111 being very busy, I found velieve. My delivery was with me in 15 minutes and I had my antibiotics the next day! Everything was amazingly easy to use, best money I have ever spent.

I strongly believe that medical technology is the future, using Velieve has given me hope. I came across Velieve online After a failed attempt to get an appointment with my GP. I was skeptical at first, but I went ahead and placed my order. I live around East London and the kit arrived within 4 hours as scheduled.The kit is also easy to use if you carefully follow the video instructions on the app. I received my result in 5 mins and my meds in 30mins. To be honest, I’m Velieved😀

P.S. when scanning the test strips, kindly do that in a bright room.

Complete waste of money. I would never recommend to anyone. While I was completing the test, when I scanned the dipstick a pop up advised the lighting was too dark to retake the picture. I retook the picture in the next room straight away. I then got a pop up advising I have taken too long, my dipstick is no longer valid and I must buy a new test? I spent a couple of seconds moving into the next room. I was never advised there was any timeframe for completing this step. Now I am left in excruciating pain, I have lost €35 and now I have to try and get a Dr appointment anyway. Complete waste of time and money.

Their app kept crashing so in the end paid the money but never got my results. Ended up having to go to a clinic. What is the point?!

I ordered the kit at 8am and got it at 9am. Did the test at 5pm, got my results shortly after and got my antibiotics at 6.15pm. I live in central London. I cannot thank you enough for this service, I was very worried about my UTI worsening. I've had one before and landed in hospital for one week with a kidney infection. I booked an appointment with an NHS GP but only could get in next week and was too worried to show up at the ER especially with the staff having to deal with COVID.

Very quick service - highly recommended
