Look no further for a surveyor! Really impressed with the customer service, responsiveness and professionalism of Adam and Joe, our surveyor. They talked us through the process, wrote an excellent, detailed report and spent the time after to talk it through with us afterwards. Very highly recommended!

Documentation was clear and turnaround was speedy but most important of all to me was the human touch -- every communication we've had with Smart Home Surveys has been brilliant, clear, and kind. Having one place fall through and going through the buying process all over again isn't an experience I'd recommend to everyone, but Joe made this part as painless as possible. Ideally we won't have to come back soon for attempt #3 but if we do we'll use SHS again without hesitation.

I spoke with Adam who was very helpful and quick to respond to an email I sent, he then very quickly helped to set up a meeting for someone called Alex to come over to help with a survey and give advice on a section 20 notice I received. Both team members were who friendly and approachable and I will definitely be back in touch in the future.

Alex was very professional, quick and efficient in dealing with my query. He clarified all concerns and I will no doubt use his services again,

We had a great experience with Smart Home Surveys. The communication in setting up the survey was prompt and clear. We received a detailed report which was easy to read (and we thought that the small extra fee for including photos was worth it). The follow up was great - a thorough call with Joe who was able to explain some points in more detail and offer tailored, practical advice on next steps. It felt like genuine recommendations based on the particularities of the house, rather than a standard script of identikit warnings and caveats.

I did two surveys via Smart Home Surveys and am delighted with the experience. They were great in communication and arranging everything was really easy - sadly my first survey resulted in a no-buy but that's not their fault.

At this point I want to especially mention Joe Allen-Aldus who did both surveys for me. They were thorough, the photos were very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to walk me through the findings and explain everything. As a first-time buyer it was very helpful to not just read the report but have it explained and get a bit of an assessment what the key-issues were.

If I have to do a survey again, I'd definitely come back and am referring all my friends.

Very thorough report, with helpful points flagged. Joe was also very helpful in a follow-up call - giving me as much time as I needed to ask questions and clarify points. Joe also followed up on another couple of points via email.
