No Charitable Donation documentation
Although vehicle was picked up within a week, it has been 9 months with no documentation of 'charitable donation' for tax purposes. I cannot provide any higher rating of my experience or envision any future donations.

To ensure you have it now, I have just sent a new copy of the receipt to your email. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder to locate it.
Since the vehicle sold for less than $500 (due to its age — nearly 30 years old — and high mileage of almost 250,000 miles), this preliminary receipt is all you need for tax purposes. It allows you to claim the full $500 deduction for your 2024 taxes. No further documentation is required.

Lack of Pertinent Communication
I have yet to receive a receipt on the Altima I donated. Communication is awful as far as being in the know of what is going on. Trying to find information on this donation is a lot of work. I found the auction location, date of auction but only saw "auction ended" as far as what became of my car. The email was titled as if I had purchased a vehicle which is totally opposite of my involvement with this particular car. I'm left clueless as to the outcome and any information that should automatically be delivered to me. I feel like I made a terrible mistake. Now I still have no proof to provide to the DMV that I no longer own this car.

Punctual and Reliable
We made our request for Vehicles for Veterans to come tow away our beloved but no-longer-functional Impala.
They gave us a time and then called to let us know they were running a little behind and gave us an update. They came at the new time...they towed... "she's" gone!

Waited 6 hours for the vehicle pickup window. No show, no call. Unacceptable. Tried calling the numbers provided, was sent to voice mail. Requested a call back. No reply.

Tried to donate a vehicle but OMG!
Tried to donate a vehicle, they assigned ARD AUCTION for pickup…this company makes the process complicated, asking for pictures, area, filled up some questionnaire with the same information that I already provided…then telling me that they cannot open the pictures that I need to resend them in a different format…all I wanted to do was to donate the vehicle…she told me if they cannot see they cannot pick up the vehicle…I just told them I find another charity to donate the vehicle.

They sold the donated car for way less than what it’s worth, even though they claim to try to get the highest deduction. I would have been better off selling my car. I feel very cheated and can’t even enjoy a decent tax deduction
