Honestly the worst service you can get ! I booked a pre purchase inspection, they say they send reports within 24 hours. It s been over 96 hours and I still did not receive the report ! The car was sold because the seller couldn’t wait for this BS company. I called them and the guy who s supposed to help he said if I dont provide the booking number he cant help. They didnt even send an email with the booking number, they said it over the phone and Im supposed to learn it by heart for them ! Such an unprofessional company
