Quality products, excellent communication and customer service. Def will order again

The order arrived within time frame as stated.
service and response was good.
I ordered 5 pep melons and green mangoe.
4 melons are regular size. 1 is mini like half size of the others. but paid the same price. 1 melon bruised and turned brown, have to discard half of a fruit.
otherwise they are good.

If you live fairly close by (so shipping doesn’t cost a lot) this is a good deal!
I bought a small amount – only 4 roots – and they still beat Amazon’s price by a lot. Then 10 later, which was an even better price.
And they were in excellent condition, much better than what I’ve gotten by special ordering at a grocery store. Very tasty. I bought it in March, so that helps keep it fresh.

Overall good experience, shipping time is appropriate for my location. All produce was fresh except 1 malanga had a little rot at the tip but no big deal, just cut it off a little.
I wish they could offer free shipping for a certain amount, so I can shop there more often.

When my order didn't come in on time, Karen was very accommodating and issued me a new order at no cost to me. BTW the produce from VEGA is exceptional.

The vegetables arrived on time, however the quality was horrible. The root vegetables was rotten and had a horrible smell. I am very disappointed and will not buy again.

My order arrived early and in great condition. Vega produce is a true gift for a Cuban girl living outside of Miami!

Loved my goodies. It was my first time ordering and the delivery was super fast and everything came fresh.

I have not tried their boxes; my orders have always been a la carte. I’ve ordered from them three times and while I did have a couple issues (missing or not very fresh produce), customer service has always been very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I will certainly be ordering from them again.

This is my third order and I would really like to become a regular customer based on the unique products they carry.

I wasn’t too happy with this last order. It took longer than usual, the box was beat up when it got to me, the green plantains started ripening in a day and the passion fruits were small. For the price, I expected the fruits to be a little bigger, like they’ve been in the past.

This is my second time ordering from Vega Produce...the same quality.
