I order regularly and the produce is fantastic and always great customer service.

Great service, great food, great recipes! I love Julie's Devon Recipe Box, totally recommend to anyone who likes the ease of prepared recipes with the knowledge that your food is sourced locally from other small businesses.

Have been using Veg in a Box for quite a few years now and have always been delighted with the quality, quantity and ease of ordering. They are excellent, please support them.

Really pleased with the quality of fruit and veg however I think there are some issues with their ordering system which could do with being addressed.
A number of items that I ordered where obviously out of stock when my order was made up and so I was given a few substitutions. This is ok but I would've preferred to be given the option on the website to accept all substitutions or not. I wasn't emailed either to make me aware of these swaps and as I wasn't at home when it was delivered I was stuck with products which I had no way of sending back or getting a refund for (the fruit and veg substitutes were fine it was the more the meat in this instance).
I'm assuming from my experience that the website isn't kept up to date with 'live' stock levels. Because of this I'm sadly going to have to avoid buying from veg in a box again.
Like I said, the quality of the products was really lovely. Just some technical issues.

We love veg in a box. Ordered the penny stretcher box this time and we have food main meals sorted for a fortnight (with a small veg top up). Veg is fresh and plenty of it and the meat is always quality. I have already placed my next order to be delivered in 2 weeks time 🙂

I've been using Veg in a Box for about 9 months now. I've tried a few different boxes, including meat, veg and salad.

Last week I ordered an autumn box and a recipe box, both delivered to my house free of charge because I spent over £80.

Quality of food = excellent. Local where possible, great variety.

The recipe box was 4 meal kits for 2, I got more than expected. Delicious fish pie, which I really enjoyed. Sausage casserole which would feed 6 people easily and baked potato salad which I got twice as much as expected. Way more than I expected, arrived cool and we'll packaged and tasted delicious.

Since I've been using Veg in a box, I've saved money on my food bill. I've been spending about £80 every 3 weeks for meat packs, veggies, fruit and salad. Don't have to buy much else from my usual supermarket.

Have to plan a bit to cook - but I love that, so no problem.

Love the recent addition of fish to the options.

My only issue was with 1 box where I had some items missing and had a small issue getting it sorted - but, in the owner's defence, they resolved this and very generously gave me some extra eggs and biscuits which was appreciated. If not for this small problem it would be 100% 5*

Advertizing marrows for sell and you have not got any. Julie said she had one i could have when i phoned her, delivery came no marrow.

Very clear website, great customer service and delighted with the quality of the produce. The fruit and veg last well and the meat is excellent. A great value box and will happily replace the main stream supermarket shop.

Every thing looked good. Until we started cooking. There were many ingredients missing. And the instructions weren't so good. Produce was great.

Excellent box of fruit and veg. All good quality, and excellent value for money - much better than supermarket. Will definitely be ordering from Veg in a Box again.
