No fuss to prepare and tastes perfect.

Mixed experience

You didn’t have what I ordered, but got in touch quickly to suggest an alternative, which was good. However, the packaging was inadequate. The box was damaged but the contents were OK. The delivery person didn’t offer to bring the box into the house and left it on the doorstep, even though I am quite frail and was wearing my nightclothes.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering - delivery very good and prompt, Some containers difficult to open - too much effort needed to remove lid, splashing cooked rice around surrounding area. Rice good.
