Gerald and Johnny Bfd engineers were perfect. Job great and very professional

Sajid and madu came and were extremely helpful. Very kind and explained in detail what they were doing. Completed the job in good time and were personable.

Sajid and Mdu were professional and courteous; they thoroughly investigated the connection issue, doing appropriate checks that had not been done by a previous engineer. They ensured the issue was resolved before they left but gave me contact details for support if there were any further issues

Sajid and Mdu very helpful and quickly solved the issue, a rat inside the cavity wall had chewed through the wire, fixed it quick and efficiently, always polite and well mannered

Sajid and Mdu sorted the problem swiftly after lots of messing about from YouFibre. Would highly recommend - if I had the option to bypass YouFibre and deal directly with these guys any time I had an issue, then I’d do so without hesitation. Thanks again for a job well done!

Sajid and madu came to sort out a problem with my internet today. They were very professional and polite. Removed their shoes without me asking. They completed the job and kept me informed of the works. Highly recommended

Internet went off few days ago. Struggled to get through but when I did. They sent Sajid and mdu who were awesome and sorted straight away

Don't normally leave reviews but I just had to here, after having Internet issues with YouFibre for 6 weeks and no Internet at all for about a week and 3 failed engineer callouts in comes 2 Vea Telecoms Engineers (Sajid and Mdu, hopefully spelt correctly!)

Sorted in and out within the hour! Not only were they promt and super polite but also patient as I have 6 pugs so needed to wrangle them away.

They diagnosed the issue with 10mins explained the situation and got to work straight away.

I really want to thank them for getting us back online as its been a nightmare and also keeping us informed. They cleaned up after themselves and left things how them found them.

Was told engineer be here between 1pm and 6pm.
The very friendly engineer Wilkinson was already outside before 12pm.
12.20pm he had fixed the issue and was leaving.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Wilkinson. He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and quickly identified the issue with our WiFi. He explained everything clearly in simple terms and made sure the connection was working perfectly before leaving. His efficiency and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend him.

Sajid and Mdu, fixed my fibre connection, apparently caused by rodent damage. Prompt appointment and raising a fault on a Bank Holiday weekend, the fault process took less than 2 minutes to raise on the Web site.

Fault reporting and telephone experience was not the best. Cut off twice. However the engineers Sajid and Mdu that were sent out were polite, explained exactly what the fault was once located and how it would be fixed. The fix was then done in good time.
