Good communication from the team. I got confused and made the wrong order, the team helped me through the process easily. Product (zweefparasol) was well packaged and easy enough to install quickly. Easy to use and pack away. Parasol foot looks stylish - but beware: 90kg is really heavy. Once it’s on its wheels though it’s easy to move around. Delivery team were helpful enough to offer to delivery it around the back garden.
