I recently had an issue with my sauna and contacted the aftersales team for support. Mark, a Fonteyn engineer, was extremely helpful from the start. He first assisted me with remote support and then arranged a visit to resolve the issue in person.
Mark was professional throughout and arrived on the scheduled day of the appointment. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, Fonteyn is a great company to purchase from. Their customer service and aftersales support are excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good product but woeful project management, lack of customer service =unreturned phone calls and emails.
Spa did not heat as advised for 3 weeks until Carl ( a wonderful technician ) sorted. Wrote to the MD 3 weeks ago for an explanation = no response. Never sent the correct operating instruction for the spa controls despite 2 requests. Overall a stressful experience created by poor management and lack of coordination between departments. They have done nothing to restore our confidence

Very fast to take your money, very slow to fix or even respond to any faults. Marcus the owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met. His ego is far too big for such small man! We are still waiting for our tub to be useable after 16 months. They fake reviews on Google, each bad review they get they get AI to write good ones after. They are a joke, avoid at all cost

I don’t put my name to rubbish, and Fonteyn deliver…. Their outdoor living, hot tubs, and spas are seriously well built — solid, reliable, and made to be used properly. For recovery and switching off after training, they’re spot on!

If you want outdoor living that’s powerful, practical, and built to last, Fonteyn do it right. Would recommend to anyone!

Went in for a Hot Tub and was amazed at the range of hot tubs available. The garden equipment available range was just as impressive.
Got treated very well and the whole transaction went smoothly.
Highly recommended.

After-sales support has been horribly disappointing. No replies to emails and no returned calls regarding a technical issue with my sauna from Fonteyn. Overall, customer service do not meet minimum expectations. My parents bought a veranda. From moment one everything went wrong. The workmen destroyed a part of the roof but never came back to fix it. After one year, and after dozens of letter, mails and phonecalls, they suddenly showed up. Made it even worse. My poor mum collapsed because of these cowboys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cowboy salesmen that will promise you everything and belive on non of it.
We successfully took them to court for selling us a sauna that could not safely get to temperature and was no better than a hot conservatory.
They really don't care able your aftersales experience and whether their product is working.

First: the well made 'paddock-schuur' , after many years still good looking.
Second: the speed of sending the asked article to our address

Bewarned once you have made your purchase the after sales service is shocking, to reiterate what many others are stating. Constant lies about when the technition will turn up, repeatedly waited in no one comes, no phone calls, broken steps and 3 months on no swim teather fitted. Complaint emails to director and others totally ignored go elsewhere i dont think we have ever felt as let down. Its disappointing when you have saved and looked forward to getting one for years and then you are just let down like many others .

We visited the showroom today. The team could not have been more helpful in helping us select the correct swim spa for us. There knowledge was second to none. We are also talking about a bespoke Pergola. The showroom is most impressive with huge number of products to view

I contacted Monday regarding a replacement bulb for a 2 person cabin active 2 purchased 28th August 2023 made numerous calls all day given that Rob would ring me back I kept phoneing all day coz they didn't return calls the web site tells you that they sell spare sauna parts they don't it cost £799 @which was a offer I collected myself coz £99 bit steep for delivery for which 3 weeks later I hired a van £40 and fetched my self although up to now its been fine if bulbs all start going ill end up with a 8hundred pound shed they have made no effort to sauce a bulb and no interest in retuning emails or phone I would be very careful when purchasing items from fonteyn do your home work prior off now to sit in my shed ie there saunas without heat

After sale is awful. We bought a swim spa from them, on delivery in April 2024, we immediately reported that the panels were cracked. It is July 2025, 15 months later, and we are still waiting for the panels to be replaced. They said they ordered the wrong ones, they never checked, never realised they were wrong, and every time you have to wait several months to have something repaired. My impression is that they try hard to sell, but after, if you have any problem, you are completely abandoned.

Very impressive showroom at Merdian.
My wife and I visited in April wanting to purchase a pergola and a new lid for our current hot tub. Staff were very polite but seemed under pressure for a sale.
I ordered a pergola and lid and payed a 30% deposit, I was told it could be upto 6 weeks because the lid had to be shipped in.
We waited until the end of June to be contacted regarding installation. Great knowledgeable bloke from Sutton Coldfield (sorry didn't get his name) came out and made a brilliant job of the pergola. I paid the balance before completion as requested but the fitter told us the warehouse couldn't find the lid.
It turns out they had recieved the lid and then sold it to someone else.
I was told they would have to give me refund because they didn't know if they could get another or not.
Still waiting for a refund, my order was for about 2K in total, the lid being about £600. Won't be going there again. Rubbish.

Had a great time and wonderful experience at Fontyen Spas, and a massive thank you to Ahmed which I totally recommend as his knowledge, help and support was amazing.

This showroom is a hidden gem. Beautiful tubs and staff that really know their stuff. Ahmed, Top service!
