After poor service from several mechanics, who diagnosed poorly and inconclusively, then told me the turbo intercooler hose was not available from manufacturer, then told me they could get it for £320, I finally found Vauxcentre, £85, original part, works well problem solved, very grateful for service, in person and over the phone. I will be telling all about Vauxcentre, even the lame mechanics if I can be bothered speaking to them again!

I found the part I needed for my Vauxhall Astra K after being told it was on back order with Vauxhall. I came across VauxCentre at a very reasonable price.
Warren was extremely helpful, as the part I initially selected wasn’t correct for my registration. He quickly identified the right one and dispatched it straight after payment.
The item arrived just two days later and was exceptionally well packaged, with double boxing and plenty of bubble wrap.
I would definitely use VauxCentre again — 100%

Was looking for a Window switch for drivers side of a Vauxhall Astra 2005, the cheapest I could find was just under £60 it was original part, then i found Vauxcentre it was £24.95 free delivery, I ordered it yesterday arrived today, working perfectly.

Rang these guys today spoke to a guy called Lewis, he couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted my parts requirement, set us up on a trade account, sorted the carriage of the item and raised the invoice with his admin team, all within 15 minutes. Outstanding service and very commendable.

Wow... I haven't used Vauxcentre before however I'll definitely be using again. Fabulous service, from the comms to the delivery. I received my part next day at half the RRP. Not fitted yet so I'll edit if there are any issues, however so far so perfect! I read a negative review on here but that is the polar opposite of my experience. Highly recommended...

Their customer service is horrendous to say the least. I placed an order with them over three months ago, but the items never arrived.

Each attempt to contact VauxCentre via email was met with extremely rude and blunt responses, essentially saying they are waiting for DPD. Whenever I contacted DPD directly, they would simply tell me it's with VauxCentre and I need to contact them.

Despite months of persistent contact, there has been no resolution - no refund, no replacement, just a continued lack of accountability and a loss of £130.

I strongly discourage anyone from shopping with VauxCentre, my experience with them has been nothing short of abysmal. Until they drastically improve their customer service, show some degree of responsibility, and treat their customers with the respect they deserve, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Vauxhall adam cooling fan ordered and delivered next day, excellent service and £45 cheaper than other quotes for daughters car.

My Meriva had a cracked coolant reservoir. I ordered a replacement from Vauxcentre late on Monday night for under twenty quid including postage, it arrived Thursday afternoon and by early evening I was driving again.
