Worst company to trade with

I had ordered a shoehorn, which on their website is black, for delivery to Denmark.
When I received the item, it was pink. I contacted Varsam by email, several times, to have it exchanged for a variety. But they do not have it in black (why is it black on their website?).
I therefore wanted my money back and sent the item to Varsam. It is now over 6 months ago and they never respond to my inquiries anymore. They have got their item returned and have kept my money. It's the worst company I've ever traded with. If you do not live near one of their stores, I would consider ordering anything from them.
