For broken equipment in the house, I had to hire someone and pay 1500 SEK just to fill out the report confirming that it was broken, so that the insurance would pay after the deductible 1000 SEK.
Despite providing documentation and video evidence, they still did not accept my claims.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the handling of my car repair, and I demand immediate action.
On December 6, 2024, my car’s bearing Reg Number : BYY-225 catalytic converter was stolen, and I handed it over to Bilia Verkstad Kungens Kurva the same day. After making me wait for 1.5 months, they returned the car on February 13, 2025, with an old catalytic converter and a check engine light on. This was completely unacceptable.
I had to return the car again, and only then did they install a new catalytic converter. When I went to pick it up on February 21, 2025, there was a loud noise from the exhaust, which I immediately reported. The workshop told me to come back on Monday, only to now claim on February 24, 2025, that there is a hole in the exhaust and that they need to consult with the insurance again.
This is beyond unacceptable. My car has been stuck in the workshop for two months, and I have had to spend money on taxis while waiting for a repair that should have been done correctly the first time. Who is responsible for this financial loss? Why should I suffer due to incompetence and mismanagement?
I expect Senssor Försäkring to take immediate responsibility and ensure that my car is repaired without any further delays or excuses. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the appropriate authorities.
I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution. No more delays.
