Great Service Great Product
The whole CS team are great, I had a small hiccup with my subscription but Carl in the escalations team has resolved that swiftly for me.
The product is great and I tried the gummies with my order this time and I can safely say Variety Mode is far superior to other brands out there, based on taste, effectiveness and a CS team that cares.

I love this coffee
I love this coffee! I tried the caramel one and honestly it made me feel so much more chilled out. Having a child is stressful but this coffee helped me regulate and be more patient. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

I've previously ordered samples from them and also had a subscription but unfortunately cancelled it as I kept forgetting to use it and the bags were piling up 🤭 Also wasn't a massive fan of cocoa flavour , probably should have tried vanilla instead.
But I am properly excited on their new line of flavours!!!
I've recently ordered a sample and my browser filled in the wrong address causing the parcel to get returned back to sender.
Reached to customer support and a replacement was sorted almost instantly!
Very happy with the service , speed of orders processing and overall communication.
If you're not a fan of coffee, I definitely recommend their products , also the gummies are delicious 😋
If you don't notice any effects ,it might be due to the product working differently for each person. But stick to it, the mushroom extract benefits are actually doing wonders without us realising.
Keep it up guys and never change🤩

Great product! But you sent the wrong item and your customer service told me to return it, this is a pain and not my fault, I now have runout of the one I wanted. Poor customer service.

Solved issue in 15 mins (occurred 1 year ago!!)
I accidentally left it over a year before I emailed support about it (a free sample from mode 2025 (~65000 minutes). I sent an email at 2am not expecting much, they replied in 15 minutes and I’ve got a sample coming tomorrow! (atow)
Hopefully the product is as good as the customer setvice 🤞

I love the gummies
I love the gummies. I have been taking them 3 years now. They definitely help me focus. I forgot to take them on holiday and I noticed the difference within two days. I can't recommend them enough. They also taste delicious.

In the past I use to buy from these and even had a subscription.
I cancelled as the expense was too much.
Then lately when I'm getting the free samples. I'm automatically subscribed and had 2 lots of £28 to be removed from my bank.
A few months ago I had trouble i bought a bundle. Never recieved it yet it said it had been delivered and then I had the headache of trying to get it sorted. Telling variety mode it hasn't arrived, then asking me for evidence in like its not here how on earth can I prove it?? So had a hassle of about 3-4 weeks how ever long to try and get the refund for that finally 🙄. I explained i was in a stressful time of life trying to sort things out, dad passing away and work etc and had to deal with that aswell. No really apology or anything to compensate it atall.
Now I'm returning the packs I was secretly subscribed to after just wanting to sample the sample packs of the bee flavours. £56 😔 makes me really lose the faith in this company I once was a regular buyer from.

Don’t buy the sample, as they will automatically sign you up for a subscription and charge you £28 before you even get the chance to try the sample. They will then ignore all your emails, giving you no hope of resolving the issue directly with them.
If you do fall for this, contact your bank. They are aware of the company’s shady tactics and may be able to reverse the payment for you.

Outstanding customer care & top-tier service from the CEO
Initially, I had an issue with an unexpected subscription charge, which led to a frustrating experience and my original 1-star review. However, the CEO, Carlton, reached out to me personally with genuine care, complete transparency, and a fast resolution.
He issued a full refund, sent out complimentary items to try, and took personal responsibility to improve their process for future customers. It’s rare to see a business owner show this level of respectability, integrity, and dedication to getting things right.
Because of their direct communication, kindness, and incredible service recovery, I am delighted to update my review to 5 stars. Highly recommended for their customer support alone!
