Fake scammers.

They trick you by sending out fake tracking numbers, but your product doesn't exist and you'll never get it. They are very good at pretending to be a real company, but every review of this place has the same experience: fake tracking numbers, never getting the item.

Purchased an item back in April. After almost a month received the item, after 2-3 days of use item was burnt. Reached out to them for refund as part of their warranty. They said they refunded the money back to my credit card and showed me some screenshots to "prove". The screenshots did not indicate the amounts to be cleared. I contacted my bank and confirmed they have not received any such refunds. They have stopped communicating with me. Order VP5717.

This is by far the worst vape site around ...I put an order in to get the ampbb mod when it released. Placed order and my order with sat there for 2 weeks with no response from site..I asked for refund and get told my order was being shipped that day..they gave me a made up tracking number and still refused to give me a refund

I wish I would have read the reviews before I order anything from the scammers. I order some coils for my big and they said that it would take anywhere from 5 to 9 days here it is almost a month later and it keeps showing that my product is stuck in California somewhere I have tried contacting this people and they answer what the short we're going to look into it with the Courier and then nothing I asked for a refund no answer back I talked to the company that charged the money and they say we don't have anything to do with it. This is absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could tell people to stay away from this company they're not even based in the US so that's false claims

I ordered a Vaping mod. It did not work. Contacted Alex.Said he would replace it, and or a refund. He did not. I also asked 3 times for his address to return it to. He failed to oblige. It`s promises followed by lie after lie. his went on for 3 months. Stay away, from this company.

Total scam I sent an email about my order they said they didn't receive money I showed a receipt and nothing not a reply sinceDO NOT WASTE YOU TIME TOTAL SCAM

Does not work AT ALL. Ad is very misleading, and company co-owner is snarky at best. It took almost 3 weeks to get here, then I charge it & use it & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It turns on & vibrates, but there is NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER in my teeth. Do not waste your money on the product or your time with their "customer service", I get to have fun now with their return process; I'm sure that is even more fun. If you do give it a try, don't say you weren't warned.

Awful company, ship times took forever, they were out of stock on something I ordered, didn’t bother to tell me, just let it sit in queue for weeks. Ultimately they never sent me anything and never refunded me my $100 back. So they’re thieves, like legit illegal thieves, I hope they are dealt with at some point.

Total Scam.
I've ordered a item 3 months ago.
I've got a tracker link that disappeared days after the purchase.
Tried to contact them everywhere and I only get the automated answer "somebody on our team is reviewing your case and will contact soon" never contacted.
I've asked for a refund and still no answer.

Over a month & still didn't receive anything, each time I contact them all that I get (you'll be lucky if they replay at all) is "we'll check the shipment status" and that's it, besides that they're Chinese so Vappo is just a portal for something, opened a case with Paypal and waiting for a refund, at all don't waste your time with them.

Used this company to purchase an RDA, they took the money and gave me an e-mail confirming as much. They list themselves as a US based company and my confirmation e-mail came from a CA account. However my bank statement says I paid a two chinese character word the money. Three days later and nothing regarding my order evwn being processed, let alone shipped. Tried replying to the e-mail address my order confirmation came from and was sent a notification that it doesn't exist. I am assuming that this is another chinese dropshipper falsely claiming to be American based.
