They never ship i had to call my credit card company so i can get a refund

ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I've contacted them 4 times and not heard a single word and there's nothing you can do - just an "email address" as the support line. Problem is that the site looks SO real.

Shocking! Vapoo and vapodz are the same apparently. They are claiming they have closed the business however vapodz.com is still running and taking your money.

Unfortunately I read reviews for vapodz.com after my order was processing whole week after payment. No response to my emails. I would call this site a scam.

Vapodz is a scam. I made an order, my account was deleted, they dont reply emails. No order received. Curious to see, how they are still operating? Why aren't they being prosecuted yet? Even though it was a mere 70 Eur, no way im letting this pass. Im going to apply to every known institution i can, so he doesn't steal anymore money.

Total scam. They have changed their name on the headline which caused me to order from them again after having been cheated once already, now twice.
They accept the payment alright but from there on not a word. I can see this has been going on for years, incredible that they haven't been closed by the authorities but can't even find out where they're situated.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Straight off thieves. Three weeks later nothing, they don't have a phone number and they don't answer emails. Fifty euros thrown out the window. I wish these crooks do some jail time.

It's incredible that this scam company is still open, when you place the order and pay it's very fast no problem, but if you send an email no one will ever answer you, the authorities must close it to prevent these jackals from continuing to rob the next one.

2 days after my order in Vapodz, I contacted them via e-mail to ask for the current state of ther order, because they didn't send me any tracking number. They answered me with a bullshi*t excuse that "They had changed the storage from UK to Germany and that the Authorities had visited them and only that day they got the permission to operate, and that I should recieve the tracking number soon" and i was like okay, fine. 6 days after, no tracking number, so i sent another email to ask, AGAIN, for the state of the order. And nothing, they basically ghosted me to this day. And now i don't know where is the order because they don't tell me sh**t, I don't know if I'm even gonna get my order but after looking at the other reviews I can count on the fact that I'm not gonna get it. The only thing i know is that they took my money. Wow. I literally just got scammed. Never order from Vapodz, they will take your money and ghost you, they are thieves. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. If I don't get my stuff in 10 days, I'm going to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back from this fraudulent place. They are gonna get shut down for good

Waiting for almost 3 months on my order. Tried contacting the seller 2 months ago, got an answer then that it would be send (There was some trouble with postal services). Send another email 2 weeks ago, no answer. This is a scam, dont buy here.
I never post reviews but this one is so bad i had too.

This is the worst service ever the support is non-existant. I waited for almost month (ordered may 6) and guess what... They didnt even started shipping my product. Total scam please dont do the same mistake.

They do not deliver, I made a banktransfer but my order was never send. I send emails but never got a reply

These are not scammers. You can place your order here and not worry. They answer emails. ;)

On the 20 March 2024, I Ordered 3x liquids and seller sent the wrong ones and i was also charged a custom fee.

When i texted the seller he said that he will resending the liquids and was asking me for my bank details for the cutoms fees refund. (on the 11th April 2024).

Edited:- I got the refund today (18/04/24) and the seller agreed to resend me the correct juice and i will get it within 14 days, which had already passed!!

Update:- I had sended the seller so many emails and still hasn't received the juice that he agreed to resend.

Another update:- Contacted the seller (on 14/05/24) via messenger. And he said again that he will resend the liquids this week and i will be getting a tracking number too. I will wait and keep this updated.

Latest Update:- Seller still hasn't sent the liquid. He keeps blaming his warehouse and now he is saying they didn't have the juice and they received it on the 22nd May. And i should get the tracking number within a week this is 31st May and still no tracking number.

4th June Seller kept telling me that he will check with the warehouse. And get to me with an update soon.

14th june seller did not contact me back and looks like he is ignoring my messages now.

For almost 3 months fighting for these correct juices, what a bummer. AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!

Absolute sh*tshow of a company. Ordered vape liquid in October 2023 and low and behold to this date the order or refund have not been actioned. Last email stated my order had been overlooked and would be dispatched with 'extras'. That was before Xmas

Awful. Ordered three months ago. 2 weeks go by, it hasn't been shipped, so I contacted them. They said I will get a tracking code tomorrow at the latest. It's been 2 and a half months, no tracking code, no package, no money. Contacted them saying I want a refund multiple times (I already quit vaping) , no answer from them.

Vapodz is a scam, I placed an order in mid-December and I still haven't recieved my order. I've sent them multiple messages and they've provide no response. Save your money!

I've received my order, just ... a month later.

Also, I had to pay import fees and they said they would pay up to 20 euros, but they never reply to any email.

Edit: I received my refund maybe a month later

This place seems legit but is a scam. They have no phone number. They do not respond to any emails and they never ship any product. I had to file a charge-back with my credit card.

2 orders total amount of 165,35€ gone and no vape base, no freemax, no wire, nothing. 17 days later.

- Radio silent from the support.
Got ONE mail from them, they stated that the parcel was ready for pickup and i would get it mid next week, thats 10 days ago....
