Order came super fast via ups to Australia. Always fantastic workmanship quality from vapman but My main concern is My vapman middle piece came split /cracked and not air tight on delivery and we only have 48 hours to contact customer Service for warranty with faulty delivered items . I’ve reached out via email , Instagram and website no reply as yet. hopefully I receive a reply before it’s too late . Otherwise I’d give 5 stars just for the lotus alone such a fantastic device. Can’t wait for vapman 2.0 :)

The vaporization system is very good
The vaporization system is very good, the problem is the microdose, you can only put small amounts of herbs in it, if a slightly larger tray had been made the problem would be solved otherwise great although I still have my doubts as to whether the filter will hold the resin for cleaning.

Service first class
Service first class. Only had the device a couple of days and still trying to get my head around using it properly. Still not sure how much I like it, but will decide that once I have gotten used to it. Be aware, and don't make the same stupid mistake as I made. If ordering into the UK directly from Italy, you will incur around £50 import fees. I didn't read the delivery info prior to ordering, so bare that in mind
