I found VanLife Adventure when searching for info about split charging a vehicle. They have very detailed guide to this sometimes quite complicated subject, by far the best one I've stumbled upon. Informative and easy to understand.

I placed an advert but it disappeared within a week. I reached out for support but got no reply. I placed another advert but again it disappeared within a couple of weeks. Don't think any of my enquiries came via this route - thank goodness it's a free advert! But I could have saved myself the time and frustration.

I was invited to review my experience so I did: my experience was frustrating and generated no enquiries for my van. On what basis would I award 3 stars? I'm sorry if this messes up your metrics and I wish you good luck with sorting out the glitches.

I'm a single mom converting my own van in South Africa, with limited resources. This entire site is extremely helpful, but I have to give special thanks for the campervan electrics section. In South Africa, wild camping is not allowed, and most of our camp sites are equipped with shore power. The latter just makes sense to install, since it is super easy. Because I want to visit festivals, I need to be equipped with solar as well, and no other site other than Vanlifeadventure really explained my electrical system and all my options in this much detail, with this much clarity.
They have really provided me with enough information to visit the local electric shop with confidence, and to tackle the installation myself. I feel super empowered!
