The experience from start to finish was great. I’m really appreciative of the hair stylist who gave me the hairstyle and curls I’ve always wanted to try. The photographer was really good at giving direction. He understand my vision for the photos and they came out amazingly well. Stephan was very helpful and patient with helping me to choose the best pictures which was a very difficult task given the amazing shots that were taken. I would recommend them 100%.

It was as though stepping in to another world, the ambiance and vibe were positive.
The staff were welcoming and professional and provided ideas and inspiration without being prescriptive.
I cannot thank the whole team enough, the results were amazing .

The people there are amazing! So friendly and lively, it really helps your confidence. It was my first ever photoshoot and the cameraman was very welcoming and helped me feel as natural as possible meaning i got amazing photos.

Staff were welcoming and really helpful from the minute we walked in. We were well looked after at every stage - nails first, then hair and finally make up. We were told what was happening at every stage too so felt like we knew what was expected/what we were supposed to next. The team were awesome. The shoot itself was fun and fast - 4 costume changes were helpful and gave us some excellent shots to choose from. The team that helps you choose the final images were patient and kind and helped to make the event absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend for so many reasons! Thanks guys. We absolutely loved our day and will treasure the memories for a very long time!

A fantastic session from start to finish. Treated so well and offered drinks and snacks. The make up artists and hair stylists were incredible, sorry didnt catch their names. They listened to my nieces wishes for hair and make up perfectly. Matteo was an incredible photographer and fun to be around, he made us relax and get the most from our sesssion. Angie who went through our photos was so kind and helpful, so knowledgeable on best photos to pick, as it was tricky to choose! A great day out and such fun to do. My niece flew in from Norway for it and loved it. Can thoroughly recommend x

We had a delightful experience at our Vanity Studios photoshoot. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the team.
We had hair and make up done by professionals who listened to our preferences and ensured we were happy with the end result. Our photographer, Bernardo, took the time to discuss our potential outfits to ensure these would work well in the photos. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the photoshoot. Afterwards, Chevaugn helped us select our photos, guiding us through each image with her attention to detail whilst giving us the space to make our own decisions. All in all a wonderful day.

Had a fabulous day at Vanity Studios. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Hair and make-up was perfect. The whole family had great fun posing. My experience at Vanity Studios was truly wonderful from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Matko, who immediately made me feel at ease and offered me a complimentary drink. The entire team ensured I was comfortable throughout the day and clearly explained what to expect, which made the experience feel seamless and relaxed.
The day began with having my nails done, followed by hair styling with Dorota. Her expertise was evident right away, she instantly understood what my hair needed and executed it perfectly. Without any waiting time, I was then taken to the makeup artist, Ninni. Although she applied more makeup than I usually wear, she was absolutely right: under the bright studio lights, it looked completely natural and beautifully subtle.
The photo session with the photographer, Kieron, was excellent. He was kind, patient, and highly professional, with a remarkable eye for what suited me best. As I was looking for a photo for my next published book, I truly appreciated how clearly he understood my goal and knew exactly how to achieve the right result.
After the shoot, I reviewed the photos with Chevaughn, who immediately identified the strongest images and made the selection process effortless. I left with exactly the photos I had hoped for.
I can highly recommend Vanity Studios for their exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Every time I look at my photos, I am reminded of the excellent work of the entire team. A huge thank you to everyone—I will gladly recommend you and would love to do it again.

We’ve been there for four times for family photoshoot and always left the studio very happy! Definitely would recommend it! Great service with professional team!

What an amazing day! We were greeted with friendly faces who assisted us with our luggage and offered us refreshments immediately. The three of us were seen to at roughly the same time taking turns with nails, hair and makeup so that we were on time for the shoot.
We were all over the moon with our hair and makeup.
Then we met our amazing photographer. We were unsure of which outfits would work best and so he helped us pick with some great and professional advice.
We had so much fun during the shoot, he was bubbly and met our ideas and guided us with posing, we hadn’t done anything like this before so we felt clueless in front of the camera but quickly felt natural and comfortable with his guidance. He was most respectful to us ladies during our shoot too and made us feel very comfortable and confident.
The hardest part of the day… was choosing our images. They were incredible with so many to choose from with a wide range of variations. The lady who showed us the images was wonderful and helpful with the package deals and also gave advice with choosing our best photos.

The whole team was friendly and helpful. Danny, the photographer, was patient and encouraging, and he made the experience fun. I had previously used another studio for headshots several years ago, and the Vanity experience was much better.

The staff was incredibly lovely, everyone was so welcoming and the entire process was very enjoyable, engaging and me and my partner felt so comfortable! We had a package deal where drinks, snacks, hair and nails were included and we felt so pampered! Thank you again, you guys are amazing! We ended up keeping all the photos, we couldn’t find a bad one at all 🎀

We visited Vanity Studios last Saturday as a family and really enjoyed the whole experience. The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish.
Our photographer, Danny, was very professional and gave clear direction, which put us at ease as it was our first photoshoot. He knew exactly how to capture great photos.
We especially appreciated how patient and inclusive the team were with our autistic daughter. She struggles to sit still, yet everyone made a genuine effort to include her. Danny was calm and understanding throughout, which meant a great deal to us.
Thank you for such a positive and inclusive experience for our whole family.

It was a very pleasant day. Helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere; a really good experience...

My mum and nan purchased a promotional voucher at Westfield Shopping Centre in good faith as a Christmas gift, intending to use it for a family photoshoot. Unfortunately, the experience with Vanity Studios was misleading and disappointing.
The representative was not fully transparent about the additional £75 per person charge required to “secure” the photoshoot. In my opinion the £160 voucher itself should reasonably demonstrate the intention to use their services. While these additional costs are technically mentioned in promotional materials and confirmation emails, they are only revealed after purchase, leaving customers unaware upfront.
The voucher was initially purchased for £160 in cash. My mum and nan had wanted to split the payment between cash and card but were told it was better to pay in full cash. Following this, they called my mum and tried to pressure her over the phone to pay an additional £300 (thankfully she did not do this) which would have made the total paid nearly £500—despite Vanity Studios stating they could not schedule the photoshoot until the earliest June.
Once the voucher is purchased, it is non-refundable, and the company refuses to take responsibility for the lack of transparency. Even though no studio time, staff, or services had been reserved, they would not issue a refund leaving my mum and 85 year old nan £160 out of pocket. This approach feels unfair and misleading, and based on other reviews, it appears to be a recurring practice.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values honesty and fair treatment as a customer. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and also Westfield shopping centre.

Really enjoyable day for me and my daughter. Clearly very experienced makeup artist who gave some great tips and advice. Hair lady was great too. Very friendly and easy to chat too. Our photographer Matteo was excellent. Made my very shy daughter come out of her shell. If I was being really really critical it would be about refreshments - I was offered a coffee on arrival but we weren’t offered any other drinks for the rest of the session and had to ask for some water. But it didn’t spoil the experience.
