Fantastic experience, the staff were lovely and I felt very comfortable doing a photoshoot although I’m not the most experienced in front of the camera. Thank you to the team for a great experience!

What an amazing experience we have had. The staff were amazing, from booking to the actual photo shoot. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived and enjoyed every minute. Our photos were fantastic and found it hard to leave some behind!

The whole photo shoot was so professional, relaxed and enjoyable. They made us feel completely comfortable and brought out natural moments beautifully. The attention to detail, patience and creativity really showed in the final photos — we were genuinely blown away by the quality.

Communication was excellent throughout and the turnaround time was great too. Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to capture special memories. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Awful scam, bully you to spend a ridiculous amount of money purchasing pictures - will not let you leave the experience without doing so. Was placed in a dirty studio with an extremely average makeover and hair stylist. Do not get caught into the trap like we did.

We were subject to high pressure selling tactics at a kiosk in Westfield Stratford City for a makeover\photoshoot and agreed to purchase the service for £60 for two of us. At no time were we told verbally or in writing that we would be required to pay an additional sum of £100 upon phoning to book the date. The "refundable deposit" is not made known as part of the terms and conditions which is only explained to you when you call to arrange the date. Therefore this term is not enforceable and goes against basic contract law and specific consumer laws. It is completely unfair and is essentially a type of economic duress to "force" people into paying significantly more money for the experience than is agreed at the time of purchase. Many other users have said it is either impossible to get the deposit back at a later date and\or high pressure selling tactics push customers into photo packages costing excessive sums of money set against the "refundable deposit." As a result of those reviews I was not willing to commit further monies to a day I had been reassured over and over again would only cost £60 in total. I asked Vanity Studios by phone and in writing for my £60 payment to be refunded as they would not provide a date, thereby refusing to fulfil their obligations under the contract. They have consistently refused. I am also aware that customers who do proceed to the studio for the day are offered a free photo or two as an incentive to leave a good review on here and elsewhere. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN EXPERIENCED SCAMMERS!

My mum and I had an amazing experience at vanity studios the day was very fun the whole experience, getting makeup and hair done.
The staff were very friendly especially the photographer and Siobhan was extremely friendly and helpful she was amazing.
The pictures came out amazing and left me and my mum 100 percent happy with all of the pictures.WE HAD SUCH A GREAT DAY !!

AVOID this company at all costs.
My husband bought me a voucher for Vanity Studio, hoping I’d have a great time. Instead, I’m left completely disappointed, without a gift and without a refund.
Vanity Studio has been silent regarding my refund for the £79.99 I paid for nothing.My husband tried to reason with them after we read bad reviews about them not returning deposits. He proposed that if I didn't show up on the agreed date, they could keep the voucher money, so there was no need for us to send an additional £50 deposit. They wouldn't lose anything either way.
However, they refused, kept our money, and didn't even give me the chance to visit.This is a company of scammers that you should avoid.
P.S. They will probably reply with a standard apology message under this comment. But I can provide all the evidence needed to protect others from this company. AVOID, AVOID, and AVOID this scamming company again. Read the negative reviews carefully because that’s where the truth is revealed.

I do not recommend Vanity Studios at all the photographer they had was wildly inappropriate to my modelling client as he had sexualised her the whole shoot and commented constantly on her chest and behind throughout the day. The makeup and nail service was not up to standard with the nail paint not even covering her nails and looking to be honest rubbish.

She was then also pressured into buying an extremely expensive pack of very mid photographs after a horrible day of her feeling uncomfortable.

I will be getting a refund and I will be taking this further is this complaint is not taken with serious action

I got the booking for this when I was Comic Con in 2025 and it wasn’t something I would usually get, but it was a lot of fun, everyone was so welcoming and willing to accommodate and help with Hair and Makeup, and Danny our Photographer walked us through exactly what poses he thought would work for us.

The photos at the end came out excellently, I wish I brought more outfits!

Vanity Studios provided us with such a great experience. I took my mum with me and the treatment we received from all the staff members was excellent. We really enjoyed getting our hair, make up and nails done - the makeup artists were great! The photographer Matteo was very talented and very friendly which made shooting easier. I would highly recommend Vanity Studios for a day out experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Vanity Studios. I took my daughter in law and three granddaughters aged 11, 14 and 15 for a treat of makeover and photo shoot. Lovely friendly and attentive staff. Made us all feel very welcome, although I was only there to spectate. The photographer was incredible, kind and patient.
No pressure to purchase more photo's than we chose. All round a lovely afternoon.

We had an amazing time! From the makeup artists to the photographers they were all extremely talented and made me feel so pretty!! We ended up getting over 10 pictures! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for couples shoots or single shots for their portfolio. Highly recommend

I recently had a photoshoot at Vanity Studios in London with my girlfriend, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The whole team made us feel comfortable almost immediately.

The photographer was incredibly friendly and professional, giving us clear direction on poses while still keeping things relaxed and natural. It never felt forced, which really helped us enjoy the experience and just be ourselves. There was a really good balance between guidance and letting us have fun with it.

The studio itself has a variety of backdrops and lighting setups, which gave the shoot a really polished feel.

When we got to see the photos, we were both really impressed. The quality was excellent, and they managed to capture some genuinely lovely moments between us.

The only thing to be aware of is that there can be some upselling when it comes to purchasing additional images or packages, so it’s worth going in with a clear idea of your budget. That said, we didn’t feel pressured, and everything was explained clearly.

Overall, it was a really fun and memorable experience for both of us, and we came away with photos we’ll genuinely treasure. I’d definitely recommend Vanity Studios to any couples thinking about doing a photoshoot.

Every member of the photo shoot team was helpful, enthusiastic, and brilliant at their job which helped me settle into what might have otherwise been a nerve wracking experience. Jenny and Sasha, the hair and makeup professionals, got everything off to a great start with chats and beautiful work. Danny, the photographer, made me feel so safe and was super encouraging, coaching me through poses while making things fun. Finally, Sienna, the image consultant, was beautifully honest and just a lovely human being. I went into it nervous and apprehensive and came out the other side feeling on top of the world (and sweaty). If you’re interested in getting photos done, I can’t recommend Vanity enough.

Best experience ever! As soon I I entered, I was greeted warmly and offered a drink. The hair stylist Kyle knew what he was doing and did my hair beautifully in less than 10 minutes. My make-up artist was talented too. I showed her a pic for inspo and she nailed the look. The photographer Matteo was fantastic, he knew what shots to take and he is very artistic. Lovely to work with! Finally, Angie - she is the best. She provides amazing expert advice and she has a great eye. I highly recommend.

The photo shoot was booked for my daughter’s birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed her day, her hair and makeup looked amazing and the photographer put her at complete ease, he captured the most beautiful photos. We were really pleased with the results and created a lovely memory.

They had a great eye for detail and a calm, patient approach that helped bring out the best in every moment. They knew exactly how to guide us without making anything feel forced, capturing genuine expressions rather than posed smiles. Their ability to connect, made the experience feel fun and effortless.

Of course, not every photo was perfect, and that’s part of the charm. What mattered was that the images captured something real. Looking through them afterward, it wasn’t just about how they looked, but how they felt—genuine, warm, and full of character.

By the end of the session, it felt like more than just a shoot. It was a shared experience, a pocket of time set aside to simply enjoy being present together. And that’s what made it worthwhile—not just the photos we took home, but the memories we created along the way.

great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very welcoming , really enjoyed the space and every step of make-up, hair and nails. Danny was my photographer for the day and his photos were truly special, he really got my brief and what i was after. Sienna at the end made me feel very special with her unique insights.
