Lovely selection, fit is comfy. Loved the packaging and the delivery time.
The selection and options and the price range is great. I will definitely return to the website for future purchases. I love that they have velcro and lace options. I didn't get the velcro on this purchase but definitely for my next purchase I will consider the velcro shoe and also might get my daughter a pair.

I had to pay an extra CHF 22 tax
I had to pay an extra CHF 22 to locate delivery (Swiss Post). I ordered with Swiss address and paid 15€ for « International Standard ». I am not sure why I was not informed of this extra delivery charges.

The amount you paid when ordering corresponds to the delivery costs, but does not include any customs charges.
This information is clearly mentioned in our General Conditions of Sale, article 7.
As Switzerland is not part of the European Union, it is normal for fees to be applied upon receipt of a package from France (if the package is checked by customs upon arrival), so that the country of destination recovers its rights.
These rights are applied according to rules specific to each country.
